Hello and welcome to the practice.

My name is Sabyamalu team.

Today I would like to share with you one of the best wisdom I have come across in my research into the ancient wisdom of mindfulness and consciousness.

In my research into ancient spiritual scriptures,

I understood that the ancient masters,

They gave very much importance to basic thing which we can see it being emphasized in all the meditation traditions around the world.

I would like to share with you the importance of stability in your body and mind and the importance of order.

So today I will be sharing the wisdom and we will have a practice after that.

In my research into the spiritual wisdom in ancient Egypt and the spiritual wisdom in the Quran,

I came across the similarity and importance both the traditions give for the stability of body and mind.

In the ancient Egypt,

They referred this stability as the symbol of Jadpila and in the Quran it is referred as Amana or Iman.

So when we explore deeper into the wisdom in their literature in ancient Egypt and in the Quran,

I understood the importance,

The stability of our body and mind have for our evolution and our awakening.

The first and foremost is any meditation,

Any contemplation,

Any look into the self starts with the body.

If your body is not stable,

If it is restless,

If it is having a higher frequency,

If it is vibrating in a very high frequency,

It is very hard for you to see your inner self.

So that is why the ancient Egyptians told that it is better if you are stable like a pillar and look into yourself in that subtle stability,

You will be able to see your inner self clearly.

So practically what it means,

When you achieve the utmost stability in your body,

The stillness and when you achieve stability in your mind,

You can control the vibration of the mind,

The to and fro moment of the mind which is what creates all fluctuations in your stillness.

So when we are very stable in the body,

In experiencing the body and when we are stable in the mind,

In experiencing it and if you can align your body and mind in the stillness,

That is when we feel our higher vibrations,

If it is drifting away from your self or is it in you.

So the stability in the body and mind to understand the stillness is one of the most important basics of any meditation.

The next wisdom that I would like to share with you is the importance of having a right order in your self awareness.

Our higher consciousness is a higher dimension which we can access only if we have a stable body in stillness,

A stable mind in stillness and only through that stillness we access our higher consciousness.

Access our higher consciousness we should have our thinking,

Our understanding,

Our awareness in the right order.

If your thinking is amplified higher than your understanding and if your understanding,

Your urge to understand is excited above your ability to be aware,

It creates like influencing or unsystematic vibrations in your body.

So the importance of the right order is you should keep your thinking in its lowest state and you should keep your urge to understand also in its lowest state so that you don't have any anxiety or excitement.

So when you accept your urge to understand in its lowest,

You will achieve more stillness in your whole being.

And when you see yourself in the state of seized thoughts,

In the state of seized urge to understand that is when you see your self awareness more clearly.

So when you see our self awareness that is when you can access your consciousness,

That is when you can access as just a being in your entire self.

That is when you can just be without doing,

Without thinking,

Without understanding just like an awareness of your entire being.

So let's go into the practice and see how we can implement the stability and order in stillness.

Take a comfortable position and just close your eyes.

Either you can sit or you can lay down by being in a comfortable position to sense your body in its highest efficiency.

We experience our physical body through our senses.

So try to see through your eyes,

Through your closed eyes the blackness and try to see very efficiently and try to listen through your ears all the sounds around you very attentively in its highest efficiency.

And try to smell the surroundings,

See whether you can identify any smell that influences you.

Try to taste your mouth and try to feel all your skin in its deepest sense.

Feel the whole air touching any wind which touches your skin and observe.

Now activate all your senses together,

Seeing,

Hearing,

Smelling,

Tasting and your touching feelings.

Now you have a very clear mender form of yourself.

Try to exist in this highest efficient sensation for next two minutes.

Activate your senses to its highest efficiency and just hold up your physical form for two minutes.

Good night.

Bye.

Now with your physical sensation experienced in its deepest sense,

Now observe your mind.

Observe how active is your thoughts.

If any thoughts come to your mind,

Don't engage with it,

Just let it go.

Keep your physical sensation active and try to be inside your physical sensation.

Even if you are thinking,

The thoughts,

Your understanding,

Your awareness should be anchored in your physical sensation.

If any thoughts come inside your mental and physical form,

Let it go.

Now you don't need to understand anything,

But you just need to be.

So if you have any urge,

Any excitement,

Any anxiety,

Let it go.

You are not trying to understand anything,

You are just trying to be yourself,

So that you can access your deepest stillness.

Now if you are having any thought,

Let it go and relax your hold on thinking and let it go.

Now be aware of your entire sensation,

The form of your body and your mind.

And be aware of your whole existence in its utmost stillness,

In its utmost stability,

Where you can feel any subtle movements and vibrations.

In the stillness,

Any thought is a movement from your stillness,

So if you have any thought,

Come back to your stillness and be stable in your body and your mind.

If you are having any urge to understand,

Come back to your body and your mind and be still.

Now observe,

Is your body or your mind having any movement,

Any to and fro movement?

And if you can't feel the movement,

Just try to vibrate your head,

Then you will feel the movement in the stillness.

So try to control that movement and try to align.

And you are completely still in your body and your mind.

Now you can breathe in coherence,

In sync,

In your stillness.

When you breathe in absolute stillness,

When your body and mind is stable as a pillar,

You can feel any minute subtle vibrations and energy in your being.

Now when you're breathing,

Try to feel it and be aware of the existence of energy around you.

Now in the absolute stillness,

Your awareness can feel your energy body around you,

Your aura.

Be conscious of your energy.

Be conscious of your absolute stillness.

Be conscious of your right order and frequency of your thoughts,

Understanding and awareness.

Just witness in your consciousness,

Your aligned mind,

Body,

Mind and awareness.

Now in the absolute stillness,
