Welcome.
This breathwork is for those moments when life presents multiple challenges at once,
When emotions,
Responsibilities,
And inner conflicts arise all at the same time.
In this practice,
We will create space to fully feel,
Integrate,
And move through what arises with ease.
We will practice grounding,
Self-compassion,
And non-attachment,
Allowing ourselves to honor our emotions while continuing to move forward with clarity and aligned action.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
Gently close your eyes and begin to notice your body,
Its weight,
Its connection to the ground,
Its presence here in this moment.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
And exhale through your mouth with a sigh.
Notice your breath as it moves naturally,
No need to control it.
Feel your body supported by the floor or chair beneath you.
Begin to soften around any tension.
Allow yourself to feel the weight of your day,
Of your life,
Without needing to fix or change anything yet.
With each exhale,
Imagine releasing any resistance to feeling.
With each inhale,
Draw in strength,
Presence,
And grounding energy.
Now gently bring your awareness to any experiences or emotions you have been carrying,
Complex,
Layered,
Perhaps conflicting.
Notice them without judgment.
Allow yourself to feel fully each one,
Recognizing that they are valid.
You can acknowledge the difficult,
The painful,
The confusing,
And also recognize your capacity to move through them.
If your mind seeks distraction,
Notice it.
Simply return your focus to your breath.
Here in this space,
You are safe to experience your inner world without being consumed by it.
Let's begin a deep breathing and slow pattern of breath.
Inhale for a count of 4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold gently for a count of 2,
1.
Then exhale for a count of 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
As you breathe,
Imagine each inhale drawing in clarity,
Compassion,
And grounded energy.
Each exhale releases tension,
Avoidance,
And attachment to outcomes.
With your hands resting on your body,
Perhaps over your heart or belly,
Notice sensations that arise.
Allow yourself to embody both the weight of your emotions and the lightness of your presence moving forward.
If a thought arises urging you to escape or distract yourself,
Acknowledge it without judgment and gently return to your breath.
Now visualize yourself moving through your day or responsibilities.
Notice that even with the complexities of life,
You can act with awareness,
Respect,
And grounded energy.
Affirm to yourself,
I can honor my feelings and take responsibility for my actions.
I can hold space for my experiences while moving forward with clarity and balance.
Feel the strength in your body and mind,
Knowing you can respond,
Not react.
You are cultivating non-attachment,
Allowing life to flow through you without clinging or avoidance.
Begin to bring awareness back to your physical body.
Notice your connection to the ground,
To the chair,
To the room around you.
Take a final deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently.
When you feel ready,
Open your eyes,
Carry the sense of grounded presence,
Compassion,
And clarity with you as you continue your day.
You have created space to feel deeply,
Move through complexity,
And act from alignment.
