Here's a really simple exercise that you can do to calm yourself in a stressful moment.

So bring your attention to your breath.

And simply say in your mind to yourself in when you inhale and out when you exhale.

So for the next few breaths,

On that inhale,

Say to yourself in.

And on the exhale,

Say to yourself in your mind out.

And repeat that for the next few breaths.

Starting if you can start to slow the breath down just a little.

In out.

It's a really simple practice you can use to find your feet in a stressful moment.
