So please be comfortable,

Maybe rest into your back for a moment,

Let your breath touch your back,

And let your back touch your breath.

Being in touch with the back of your body doesn't mean pressing into it or demanding anything from the back,

But rather letting it have space and elasticity,

Letting the back,

Letting your back have its aliveness.

Slowly,

Cell by cell,

Gradually coming back into flowering with aliveness from the inside,

In your back,

If you'd like.

And as aliveness comes to be more present in your back,

Perhaps even a little bit,

Little by little,

Cell by cell,

Maybe the front of your body can also take rest and do less.

And shift maybe a little bit back and down,

Depending on the support of the springy,

Elastic,

Spacious aliveness of your back,

Back body.

And through your whole structures of your body to the ground,

To the welcome the earth has for you,

As you are a beloved child.

Maybe letting your eyes rest a little bit back into their beds.

Off duty.

Maybe your heart area can also have a little bit more of what it may need.

Maybe some bit of support from behind and below,

A little lift or a drop.

Some breathing room.

Some time off duty in the heart area.

No pressure.

No need to get anywhere else than here.

Maybe resources,

Support and space,

Inspiration and guidance we've been longing for,

Looking for,

Planning for,

Hoping for,

Maybe are right here already.

Already given.

And playing the game of life slightly differently this time for a moment.

Allowing as if our skin could open to osmosis to receive what we need,

What we love,

What inspires.

As if from the air and ground around us.

And as well as if our deep inner core just slide into a little more receptivity to our deepest well.

Just a slight shift to what may be already here of resources,

And support,

Nourishment,

Guidance,

And just space for the goodness of being present.

The goodness of being present as life's generosity to yourself and also through yourself.

Like a lamp fed from within.

Radiant.

Furious.

And already whole and fulfilled.

Somewhere deep within.

Resting.

Letting it all happen.

The winds and other weather of emotion and thought allowed to be,

But not taken for all that we are.

Just a small,

Superficial symptom of aliveness.

Movements of life.

Not a ticker tape of truth.

Just movements that show aliveness is going on.

If it's more helpful for you to have a sense of a space wider than your body.

Grander and more simple than your ideas about yourself.

In which the movements of breath are going on,

The movements of mind are happening secondarily.

If it's more helpful to have a sense of a wider,

Greater space.

In which the warmth of your body is going on.

The weight of your body is going on.

A sinking down,

A spreading into the earth is going on.

Perhaps.

Then going with that.

Or if it's more helpful to be with the back and the aliveness of the back of your body happening by itself.

More and more spacious.

Or simple.

Here.

And mysterious.

And in gravity.

And mood.

And uplifted as well.

The back with aliveness is another option.

Or maybe just the lower belly like a warm spot.

Or magnet.

Or opening.

Like an opening in this deep sea.

An undersea vent.

Trickling or pouring aliveness through into this moment,

This body,

This mind,

This lifetime.

Whatever way works for you,

Wherever,

You can have a sense of kind of lying your head down to rest.

Lying with your presence down near a vent of aliveness coming through into your experience,

Into your life.

Bountiful,

Unbidden,

Unowned.

Immeasurable.

Simple.

Here.

Forever and in whatever way you can connect with aliveness,

With less use of imagination,

With less stress,

Less trying,

More sense of remembering permission and coming home.

Or letting go.

It could be coming home or it could be letting go into a wild ride.

Or into simplicity.

Just here.

Unbound and unbounded.

Not trying so much.

And just your way of less trying and simply remembering.

And coming into alignment with the fact that we don't exist without aliveness.

A font of aliveness.

Making this all possible.

Even a thought.

A toenail.

A moment of time.

A fragrance of timelessness.

May there be peace on this earth.

May our dedication and sensitive listening inwardly bring us to liberation in this lifetime for the benefit of all.
