Messages from Shaltazar,

Easing the Weight of Anxiety.

Greetings,

Dear ones.

We are Shaltazar,

The Gavishpani Nu,

The Energy of 33,

The Master Teacher,

And the Energy of 44,

The Master Healer.

We come to you as the winds of change stir a growing anxiety across your world.

Whether you have traveled far on the spiritual path or are just beginning to awaken,

Know this,

Your unease is not failure,

But a sacred signal.

Anxiety is not your enemy,

It is your soul's gentle trembling urging you toward a new way of living and being.

The world around you is quickening,

Technology races ahead,

Society urges more,

Faster,

Louder,

And you are told to keep up.

But,

Dear ones,

You were never meant to race alongside machines,

You are sacred beings of breath,

Rhythm,

And light,

Extensions of the divine here to embody love.

The anxiety you feel is the tension between your true nature and the unnatural speed of modern life.

Many have been taught that doing more leads to peace,

Yet the more you do,

The more anxious you feel.

This is not failure,

It is feedback.

Anxiety is your soul's call to slow down,

To come home.

It signals that you've drifted from your center,

The way forward is not more striving,

But softening,

Not more doing,

But a return to your natural rhythm.

Let us offer you some gentle invitations to help soothe the intensity of your anxiety.

Return to the breath.

Your breath is the bridge between your human self and your divine self.

When anxiety grips you,

Your breath becomes shallow,

Erratic,

Almost forgotten.

In those moments,

Pause,

Place your hand on your heart,

Breathe in slowly,

Fully,

And imagine your breath descending deep into your belly.

With each breath,

Say to yourself,

I am safe.

I am here.

I am.

Create sacred stillness.

You do not need to meditate for hours to find peace.

Begin with two minutes of silence.

Sit,

Listen,

Not to the outer world,

But to the subtle stirrings within.

The whispers beneath your thoughts,

The gentle rhythm of your soul reminding you that stillness is not emptiness,

It is presence.

Embrace the body.

Anxiety often lives in the body as much as in the mind,

Appearing as unexplained aches,

Tension,

Or fatigue.

These are not punishments,

But messages from within.

Your body is asking for release,

Urging you to let go,

Of what no longer serves you.

Respond to these signals not with fear,

But with compassion and care.

Move not to escape,

But to release.

Shake,

Dance,

Stretch,

Walk barefoot on the earth.

Let your body express what your mind cannot.

In movement,

In presence,

Anxiety finds a way out,

Rather than being trapped within.

Speak the unspoken.

Anxiety often arises from the truths you are afraid to voice.

Find a safe space to express what weighs on your heart.

Write,

Share,

Cry.

Your vulnerability is not weakness.

It is the gateway to liberation.

You need not carry the burden alone.

Let the heart open gently.

Yes,

It may hurt.

Yes,

There is pain stored in the chambers of your heart.

But that pain is not meant to be your prison.

Let it be the portal.

Little by little,

Allow yourself to feel.

Begin with beauty,

A song,

A flower,

A sunset.

Let it soften you.

Let it remind you that feeling deeply is the medicine for the numbness of anxiety.

Remember,

You are not alone.

In your anxiety,

You may feel isolated,

But you are never truly alone.

The unseen world stands beside you always.

Your guides,

Your ancestors,

The whispers of the divine.

Invite them in.

Ask for help.

Speak aloud your need.

The universe honors your free will.

But the moment you ask,

The help arrives.

Choose being over doing.

You are not here to check boxes or climb endless ladders.

You are here to feel,

To love,

To live meaningfully.

When the doing becomes frantic,

Pause and ask,

Is this nourishing my soul or draining it?

Certain kinds of doing only agitate the mind,

Increasing tension and unease.

If you must act,

Choose what calms and connects you.

Choose what breathes life into your being,

Not more noise into your mind.

Be gentle with yourself.

You are doing your best,

Truly,

Even when it feels like you are not.

The harsh inner critic that fuels your anxiety is not your truth.

It is the echo of old programming.

Replace it with the voice of compassion.

Speak to yourself as you would to a beloved child.

You are worthy of tenderness.

And remember,

You are the most important person in your life.

In times of intense anxiety,

It is not selfish to put yourself first.

It is essential.

Focus on self-care before tending to the care of others.

You cannot pour from an empty vessel.

Nourish yourself first so that your presence becomes a blessing,

Not a burden.

Dear ones,

The anxiety you feel is not here to destroy you.

It is a sacred doorway,

But a doorway must be walked through.

Hoping it will disappear without understanding its message is like ignoring the knock of a beloved guest.

This is not said to alarm you,

But to awaken your power.

If you ignore your soul's nudges,

They may grow louder.

Anxiety intensifies when left unacknowledged.

Not to punish,

But to get your attention.

It is love knocking more urgently.

You need not wait for things to worsen.

You can choose differently now.

We understand that action can feel overwhelming,

But dear ones,

Action does not have to be grand or complicated.

It begins with a single breath,

A willingness to try something new,

A moment of honesty with yourself.

The smallest shift in direction can begin to change the course of your life.

Even the act of hearing these words is a step toward awakening.

The divine honors your pace,

But invites your participation.

You are not broken.

You are becoming more real,

More whole,

More aligned with what truly matters.

We bring you this message from a place of love.

Our love for you is unconditional and everlasting.

Healing from anxiety is not about fixing what is wrong,

But remembering what is true.

It is a process of softening,

Turning inward,

And allowing yourself to be held by the divine.

Sit with what feels uncomfortable.

Breathe into the tension.

Let each anxious wave teach you.

As you ride them with compassion,

You will begin to uncover a steadiness within.

There is no instant remedy,

But as you return to yourself,

Clarity and ease emerge.

Let this interconnection be your anchor as the world shifts.

As you rediscover your rhythm,

You bring calm not only to yourself,

But to the world around you.
