Hey meditators,
Hope that you're all doing well and feeling ready to sit for this practice.
So for this practice,
I suggest sitting up.
But of course,
You're welcome to lie down if that feels better for you.
And for this practice,
We're going to tune into following what feels completely true for us.
Following what feels authentic and real and charming.
And anything that doesn't feel true to us,
We're just going to allow that to drift away.
So as you get yourself comfortable in this practice,
Allow your spine to be nice and long,
Your shoulders to be pulled away from your ears.
Any little adjustments you need to make before becoming more stable and steady in this shape,
Please make those adjustments.
And allow your eyes to close.
And to begin,
Let's just take three deep breaths.
So wherever you are in your breath,
Take an exhale from here.
And then take one full inhale.
And breathe out.
Beautiful.
Again,
Breathe in.
Let go.
One last time,
Inhale.
And exhale.
And watch your breath come back to a natural rhythm.
And scan the body and notice if there's any part of you that may be holding tension.
And allow that space to become completely at ease.
And for this practice,
Do your best to just bring this attention to your heart center.
Noticing the warmth and the light that resides here.
Noticing how much this space serves us through letting us know what's right for us or what's best for us.
Allowing that space to be heard.
That little voice inside of you that seems to be all knowing.
That little voice inside of you that is somehow supporting you in a way that feels new.
That feels inspiring.
It feels like this space just kind of knows the answers.
For example,
Sometimes we have experiences where we think back on them and say to ourselves,
I knew that,
But I didn't act on it.
But I knew it.
And let's do our best to listen to that part of us that knows.
And whenever you need to listen to this authentic,
True place within you,
All you need to do is just take a couple of deep breaths and bring your full attention into your heart center.
And allow these very real and authentic messages to be delivered to the mind.
From the heart to the mind.
And if at any point one of these messages doesn't feel authentic for you,
Allow yourself to just let it go as you breathe out.
So that it can dissolve into the ether.
Allowing that you are a powerful and incredible being that can completely follow what is true for you.
Allowing all that is not true for you to simply just drift away.
Giving yourself permission to listen to that voice when it's sending you a message.
Giving yourself permission to take action if action needs to be taken.
And allow yourself to feel that divine pull that this space brings you.
That little voice inside of you,
It's like your higher self or universe or your soul or whatever you want to call it,
Is pulling at you.
And receiving a message directly from them.
Allow this deeper part of you to be heard.
Allow yourself to follow it.
And allow yourself to let go of anything that does not feel real,
Truthful or authentic to you.
And give yourself a couple of deep breaths through the nose if possible.
Letting the whole body expand as you breathe in.
And repeating to yourself,
I promise to always follow my heart.
I promise to let go of whatever doesn't serve me.
I promise to listen to the universal pull that calls to me.
I promise to do the best I can.
And I promise to be kind to myself throughout the entire process.
As you feel ready,
Slowly begin to move the body.
Taking your time as you move yourself from this stillness.
Once the practice feels complete,
You may gently open your eyes and bring your awareness back into your space.
