It's time to relax and unwind.

We're going to start with breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Making the out breath longer than the in breath.

Just follow the rhythm of your breath.

Think effortless and ease.

Every time you take a breath in,

I want you to see yourself breathing in light.

And every time you take a breath out,

You're breathing out the stress and the tension.

You're creating space for new within the body.

And as you breathe in and out,

Think effortless and ease,

And feel your body start to become lighter.

Now let the breath return to normal.

And now I just want you to follow your breath.

When we breathe in,

We're breathing in life,

And when we breathe out,

We're breathing out what we need to let go of.

And every time you breathe out,

I want you to think of letting go.

You may even visualize something that you want to let go of.

And if nothing comes up for you,

I want you just to think of letting go.

To make room within the mind and the body,

We need to let go with effortless and ease.

Start with the toes.

Tense the toes and relax.

Tense the feet and relax.

Tense the calves and relax.

Tense the thighs without not blocking the knees and relax.

Tense the buttocks and relax.

Arch the back and relax.

Tighten the belly and relax.

Cave in the chest by bringing in the shoulders and relax.

Bring the shoulders back by arching the upper back and relax.

Tense the arms and relax.

Make a fist with the hands and relax.

Tense the neck and relax.

Tense the jaw and relax.

Tense the face,

Squeezing the eyes shut,

The mouth tight and relax.

Feeling the breath soften within the body.

Feeling the body becoming more centered.

This is your time,

Just breathe in and breathe out and relax.

I want you to slowly repeat to yourself,

I am pure relaxation.

I am pure relaxation.

And continue to repeat.

I am pure relaxation.

Feel your body melting into the space,

Becoming one with the space and all things.

Feeling your body light like a feather.

You may even feel yourself floating like a feather.

Feel the lightness of your mind,

Your body and your soul.

Now visualize the most beautiful sunset.

In that sunset,

I want you to see all the colors.

Maybe some colors will be more prominent than others.

I want you to look at the sky and what colors do you see in the sky?

I want you to see how beautiful the sun looks going down.

I want you to feel yourself a part of that sunset.

I want you to be one with the sunset and all of things.

And even though the sun is going down,

I want you to feel the warmth of the sun's light.

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

The beautiful colors that are embracing the sky.

I want you to think how you can add more color into your life.

How can you make your life more colorful?

Feel your body being wrapped in light,

Wrapped in love,

Wrapped in warmth.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are being held.

You are being held by the love and the grace of the universe and all things.

Quietly repeat to yourself,

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am loved.

I am safe.

I am loved.

And feel your body wrapped in warmth and light.

Like a big giant hug from God,

Higher power,

Universe.

Like you're being snuggled by the universe.

You are safe.

Melt into the moment.

If thoughts arise and you're having a hard time relaxing,

Continue repeating the affirmations,

I am safe.

I am loved.

I am loved.

I am safe.

Because you are.

Now scan your body for any tight or tense spots.

And if you're feeling any tight or tense spots,

Just breathe into them.

And as you breathe into the tight spots,

Feel the tenseness of those spots start to dissipate.

See the tension leaving the body.

Feel the tension leaving the body.

It's time to create space for new within the body and within the heart.

Continue to breathe into the tense spots within.

And really learn to be grateful for your body.

From the tips of your toes all the way to the top of your head,

Think of all the things within your body that you can be grateful for.

What can you be grateful for about your feet?

What can you be grateful for with your legs?

What can you be grateful for with your back?

What are the things your back does for you?

What can you be grateful for with your belly,

Your core,

Your stomach?

What are some of the things that your stomach does for you?

How can you be grateful for your heart?

What does the heart give you that you can be grateful for?

How can you be grateful for your shoulders?

How can you be grateful for your arms and your hands?

How can you be grateful for your neck and your throat?

How can you be grateful for your face,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Your mouth,

And your ears?

Think of all the things you can be grateful for that are on the face.

And how lucky you are if you have all of your five senses functioning well.

And what else can you be grateful for about your body?

And what can you be grateful for about your mind?

In what positive ways does your mind serve you?

In what positive ways does your body continue to serve you?

And just appreciate this time.

You deserve this time.

You deserve relaxation.

You deserve self-care.

And you deserve all the good things that are coming your way.

I want you to connect with your inner light.

See it.

Feel it.

Where's it at within your body?

And I want you to see that inner light drawing in and attracting for your highest good.

Visualize some of the beautiful things that are coming into your life.

Feel your inner light attracting your highest good.

What does that look like?

What does that feel like?

See the right people coming into your life.

The right opportunities coming into your life.

You are now attracting your highest good.

Trust in divine timing.

And now that you know where your inner light is and where it lives in your body,

You can connect with it at any time.

It's also where you can find the answers within your body because that light is your higher power.

The highest version of yourself.

The best version of yourself.

What does the best version of you look like?

And just know that version of you is ready to come into existence.

It's just you letting go and letting the best version of yourself come into existence.

It's giving ourselves permission to live our best life.

And sometimes it starts with baby steps.

But it's taking that small step.

Breathe in slowly through the nose.

Blowing out through the mouth.

Again,

Making the out breath longer than the in breath.

Following the breath.

Knowing you are safe.

Knowing you are loved.

And now you can let the breath return to normal.

I wish you so much peace and love and joy.

Live in gratitude because gratitude will always help you heal.

When you wake up every day,

Think of what you can be grateful for.

And when you go to bed at night,

Think of what you can be grateful for.

I hope you always live in gratitude.

And I wish you well.
