Thanks for joining me today.

My name is Yessenia and I will be guiding you on a meditation to look deep inside of you.

Make yourself comfortable sitting on the floor or a chair.

Slowly close your eyes.

Relax.

And let's take three deep breaths.

Inhaling from the back of your heart and exhaling from the front of your heart.

Let's begin.

Inhaling from the back of your heart.

Hold it.

Exhaling from the front of your heart.

Again,

Inhaling from the back of your heart.

Hold it.

And now exhaling the front of your heart.

One more time.

Inhaling from the back of your heart.

Hold it.

And exhaling from the front of your heart.

Now visualize a golden light running through your spine like a strong trunk going down,

Grounding,

Grounding you with Mother Earth.

Allow all your stress and tension to go through the spine and through the golden light.

And be released to the earth.

Feel the grounding sensation.

Allow yourself to be in your center.

And let's start with gratitude for yourself.

What are you appreciating today?

And if you can list three things you're grateful for or also you can list in your head three things you will be grateful for when they become real.

Be grateful about those things like it's happening right now in the present moment.

Now we'll give you some time to think about it and see what come up for you.

Now let's bring your awareness on how your energy feels today.

What are the things happening in your life that makes you feel how you're feeling?

And with this awareness,

Let's accept that feeling and allow yourself to experience it in your life.

What is energy is adding to your life purpose?

Let's release any energy from the past and the future and reclaim that the energy you have been living in places,

Perhaps with people.

Let's release any energy from the past and the future and reclaim that energy you have been living in places,

Perhaps with people.

Be aware of any energy shifts.

Now let's be aware of what come up for you on different areas.

For example,

What your body tells you about how you feel in your situation.

What are the signs that your body is giving to you?

What your mind is telling you,

Be aware of those thoughts without attachments.

Now,

Please if you can place your dominant hand to your heart space.

Let's do a deep breath on your own pace.

Continue to feel centered and grounded.

What feelings are coming up for you?

What will be the choice you will pursue for your highest good?

What will you be adding or modifying your life in order for you to feel good?

What adjustments will allow you to be balanced?

Now visualize what you choose to pursue that will help you be free and balanced.

Imagine it wrapped in a bubble we call a purple.

You acknowledge it with an nurturing heart.

And now visualize what you're going through right now.

Perhaps insecurity,

Fear,

Feeling unbalanced,

Maybe doubts.

Visualize this in a bubble,

In a different bubble,

We color yellow.

And hold the visualization with pure compassion and without any attachments.

Imagine a golden sun radiating universal energy from the cosmos.

It is showering the yellow bubble where all your fears,

Doubts are holding place.

Allow the energy to shift and feel the compassion within you.

The love and support within you.

Now imagine you holding the purple bubble.

Be aware of what you feel holding your dreams.

They're in your hands.

Let's take one deep breath at your own pace.

Inhaling love and exhaling peace.

Imagine you're placing the purple bubble in your heart space and emerging within your body.

Let's take another deep breath at your own pace.

Imagine you're placing the purple bubble in your heart space and emerging within your body.

Be aware of the energy shifts when integrating and accepting this energy.

Now with a closing of this exercise,

Let's have an intention for the day or for your life and allow yourself to surrender with the intention.

You can release your hands and open your eyes slowly,

Looking around your cylinders.
