Hello my friends and welcome to this meditation and energy transmission on self-forgiveness.
In this meditation,
Allow yourself to truly drop into your body.
Allow for my voice to guide you deeper within.
And if you feel called and open to receive an energy transmission through my voice,
Through this meditation,
You can say yes out loud as if I hear you and allow for the energy to transmute to you for a deeper healing and a deeper connection to you.
Now let us begin.
Taking a deep inhale in through your nose and exhaling out.
And another inhale,
Breathing deeply into your belly,
Expanding your diaphragm.
And let it out.
Letting go any tension you may be feeling in your body.
Now if there's any restlessness that you may be feeling in your mind or in your body,
Allow yourself to begin to add a little movement if you feel it's needed.
And maybe you move your neck or your shoulders,
Maybe even your hips or your toes.
Just allowing your body to release any of that restlessness.
Knowing it's okay to feel this restlessness.
Knowing that you're honoring yourself right now as you go deeper within,
Deeper into yourself,
Deeper into self-forgiveness.
Now as you find stillness,
If I can you to bring yourself into your heart space.
And just noticing your heart space.
Does it feel heavy or dense?
Does it feel open and spacious?
And without judging and just being with this,
I'm going to invite you to go even deeper into your heart space.
Maybe you go a layer or two or maybe even three layers deeper into your heart.
Just dropping in.
Beginning to bring up anything that you have not forgiven yourself for.
Maybe there's one specific thing or maybe there's many things that come to your heart.
And maybe you begin to feel tension build or heaviness in your heart space.
And in this safety,
Allowing yourself to feel it.
You are safe.
And allowing yourself to take an inhale,
Deep inhale,
And exhale out.
For us to really make amends with this self-forgiveness,
We must feel even deeper.
Without judging ourselves,
Just feeling.
Feeling the space of where we desire to forgive ourselves.
Going a layer deeper or even two into your heart space,
Into the forgiveness that you seek.
And when you're ready,
Finding stillness in your heart.
And this is the time to focus in on the feeling of your heart space.
Feeling the tension and breathing deeply.
Big inhales and big exhales.
With every inhale,
Breathing in self-forgiveness.
And every exhale,
Letting go of any torment or shame or guilt that you feel you need to hold on to.
Letting go.
Breathing in self-forgiveness.
Letting go of anything that is not.
Good.
Beginning to feel the spaciousness growing in your heart.
The tension alleviate.
And finding words of safety for yourself.
You can repeat after me or create your own.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry for blaming you.
Finding deep comfort in yourself.
Feeling your heart and where it's at.
Maybe it's grown into a deeper love for yourself.
And as you take your next big inhale,
Bringing your left hand up to your heart.
And exhale,
Put a little pressure on your hand,
On your heart.
Knowing it's there,
That you're there with you.
That you love you.
Maybe you can feel to take your thumb and rub your thumb against your chest.
A very comforting,
Soothing way.
Feeling the love for yourself grow.
Feeling the self-forgiveness in your body.
And thanking yourself for this short journey.
Thank you,
My friend,
For meditating with me.
I hope this meditation has found you with a lot of love and a lot of self-forgiveness.
I look forward to meditating with you again.
With all my love and blessings.
You
