Whether you're new or you're a seasoned non-dual student,
You belong here.
No matter what you might be carrying.
Maybe the body hurts.
Maybe there's a diagnosis swirling around.
Maybe there's just aches and pains.
Maybe it's the state of the world that you feel needs healing and it's heavy on your heart and all that's happening out there.
We don't have to fix anything to feel the peace that is within us.
You don't have to feel a certain way to rest in truth.
And this space is for you,
Exactly as you are and all that you're bringing.
This is just your chance to soften for a while and remember the quiet presence that sees it all but isn't touched by any of it.
Because we are that presence.
So let's be here together with no expectations,
No pressure,
Just here.
Just take a gentle deep breath in with me and then let it go.
You can close your eyes if you'd like.
Or just let your gaze soften somewhere ahead of you.
And just feel the weight of your body where you are,
Whether it's a chair or a cushion or the floor or a bed.
Just let the surface hold you completely.
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Unclench your jaw.
And let your hands rest.
Easy.
And just feel the breath move in.
And out.
In.
Just allowing it to fall in its natural rhythm.
Notice any areas that feel tight or heavy.
Don't try to make them relax,
Just simply notice.
And give them permission to be here.
This breath.
This body.
Let it all soften into the quiet that's already here.
Now gently shift your attention from the body to the mind.
And notice if thoughts are moving.
The stories.
Fears or worries.
Memories.
Simply let them come and let them go.
You are not these thoughts.
You are the one who sees them.
If you feel pain or tightness in the body,
Simply notice it too.
Notice it as a sensation appearing in awareness.
You are that space in which the pain comes and goes.
Perhaps emotions are here too.
Sadness.
Anger.
Fear.
Heartbreak.
These too are like waves on the surface.
And beneath the waves,
The ocean remains undisturbed.
Let yourself rest as the ocean.
That deep stillness that holds every wave.
If thoughts are arising,
Simply allow them to be there.
You might ask,
Who sees this thought?
If sensations are arising,
You might ask,
Who notices this feeling?
Don't try to answer it.
Just feel the openness that those questions invite.
The world may spin.
The body might ache.
Thoughts might arise and fall.
But notice that which does not rise or fall.
Notice what never changes.
No matter what appears.
This quiet,
Open awareness.
This is what you are.
And it needs nothing from you.
It judges nothing you feel.
It is already whole.
It is already perfect.
Let your attention rest here.
Rest as the one who sees.
Rest as the space that holds it all.
And as we gently bring this session to a close,
Take a slow breath in.
And slowly let it out.
Feeling the body again.
And noticing that the presence you touched is not gone.
It's not a state.
It's who you are.
Always here.
No matter what life or your day brings.
Awareness holds it all.
And if you had your eyes closed,
I invite you to open them.
Open them and look around the room.
Look around the screen.
And notice that presence you touched remains.
Even in the swirling of the motion.
Especially in the swirling of the motion.
Because in truth,
We are that which is aware of it all.
So thank you for sitting here with me today.
And remembering.
Blessings and Namaste.
