This loving kindness meditation would help reawaken your connection in all areas of your life.

Starting with offering love and care to the most important person in your life,

Which is yourself.

As we will not be able to offer loving kindness to others if we do not have it within us in the first place.

This meditation will help to dissipate the feelings of unworthiness within you and instill a sense of confidence so that you will feel safe and protected.

Then you will be able to create the foundation to include not only yourself but also your newborn and others in your heart with kindness and unconditional love.

Please sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight,

Let your body relax and let your heart be open to receiving the flow of energy and love.

Whenever you are ready,

Feel free to close your eyes or keep it closed and gaze gently down.

Now let's take a few deep breaths together to release all the tensions within the body.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale slowly.

Inhale slowly,

Exhale slowly.

Inhale again,

Exhale slowly.

Great work.

Then let your breath return to the normal state naturally.

Focus on your breath and letting yourself become centered and calm.

Now I would like to invite you to slowly repeat the following phrases with me either out loud or quietly in your mind.

May I accept myself completely just as I am in this moment.

May I be held in the heart of love and affection.

May I be kind to myself.

May I be peaceful and at ease.

May I be free from danger.

May I be free from pain.

May I be fully healed.

May I be grateful to whatever circumstances arise in my life.

May I experience love,

Mercy,

And wisdom in this life just as it is.

May I take care of myself wisely,

Happily,

And joyfully.

May loving kindness manifest throughout each and every single day of my life.

As you repeat these phrases,

Please remember to stay in the presence of loving kindness.

Feel free to adjust the words as you see fit to help you best open up your heart.

Now please let the positive affirmations gently wash through your body and mind as if a shower of lights just came down upon you to take away all of your worries,

Your burdens,

And your need to control everything.

Please remember there is no need to control anything as everything will turn out to be great in the end.

If you feel at any point that some self-judgment,

Criticism,

Irritation,

Anger,

Or other emotions have come up,

It's alright.

Simply treat that emotion with kindness and patience and tell yourself this emotion is only temporary.

And I am ready to release it as it is.

Now please repeat these phrases again either out loud or quietly in your mind.
