We should begin with a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out of the mouth,

With each breath settling more into being here in this space now with us.

Gently allow your breath to return to a natural rhythm,

Noticing where you feel it the strongest,

Perhaps it's in the rise and fall of your chest,

You may notice it on your upper lip as the breath enters and exits your nose.

Spend some time becoming present to the quality of the breath,

Noticing how your body feels while breathing,

Does your breath feel warm or cold today,

Perhaps it's shallow or deep,

Just notice it without judgment.

Take a moment to draw the breath into your face and with the exhalation,

Relaxing the muscles around your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Each breath bringing it into the areas of your jaw and your mouth,

Relaxing any tension that you may be holding there,

Bringing a lightness to your cheeks,

Then draw the breath down through your throat,

Into your neck and your shoulders,

Take a moment to roll your shoulders or your neck if you feel some tension there that needs to be released,

Draw the breath more deeply into your chest,

Into your lungs,

Feel it entering your belly,

Softening that area,

Entering your pelvis and your hips,

Your lower back,

Again settling into your body with each breath,

Drawing the breath even further down,

Becoming present to your legs,

Your thighs,

Your calves,

Your ankles and your toes,

Drawing that breath down,

Rotating the ankles or your feet as needed to relax those areas,

To ground them in being present.

Now draw the breath through your shoulders and into your arms,

Feel the sensation of your forearms and your wrists,

Your fingers and your fingertips,

Now bring yourself to your entire body being breathed,

All the sensations,

And let us sit in silence as you feel the breath entering and exiting your body,

As thoughts arise,

Gently return to the sensations of the body and the breath,

Gently become present to the space between your eyes,

Some of you may know this area as the chakra,

The third eye,

The area between your eyes,

Between your eyebrows,

On your forehead,

When you become present to that area,

Turn your insight inward,

Feel the space from within and ask yourself,

What is it that you really want,

That you deeply desire,

This may be in a particular circumstance or situation,

Perhaps in a relationship or at work or it could be something deeper than that,

As you bring this thought to mind,

Feel how it feels to live in this intention,

In this deep desire,

Become present to how it manifests in your body,

To the felt experience of this desire,

Perhaps you feel it in your eyes,

Perhaps this desire shows up in your chest or your heart,

Maybe it's in your throat or your belly,

Become present to the body in this lived state of being in this intention,

Be gentle with yourself as thoughts arise,

Turn yourself back to who you're being in this space,

How are you showing up,

How are you showing up when this desire is fulfilled,

When you are being full and complete,

If emotions arise,

Allow them to arise and feel the felt experience of those emotions and gently bring yourself back to the breath,

Breathe into that intention,

Those areas of your body that had that felt emotion,

Whatever it is that you desire and with each breath feel that area warm,

With warmth and light entering that area and gentle warmth flowing into the breath itself,

You might feel this warmth on your face or around your eyes,

With each breath allow the warmth to soften you,

To soften that intention for who you're being and how you're showing up,

Draw that warmth into your upper body,

Into your arms and into your hands,

Become present to that warmth as energy,

As light,

Softness,

Draw that warmth again deeper into your body,

Becoming again present to your chest and your belly,

Your pelvis and your lower back,

View it as the warmth of your intention,

The warmth of your desire,

Of what it is you're feeling,

Your emotions that you're drawing into your body,

Now pull that deeper into your legs,

Your feet,

Toes,

Warming your entire body,

Your face and your head,

Through your chest and your arms,

Down to your feet,

Grounded and being present here in the warmth and energy of your intention,

Let us again sit in silence for a few minutes,

Remaining present to this energy and when you hear the bell,

You can return to the call slowly,

Again allowing yourself to take a moment before returning.
