Thank you for listening to this meditation today.

This is the meditation for release and comfort,

Especially at times of large catastrophes and world events where we may feel our feelings and want to let them go in a safe way.

Whether we are involved in the tragedy or not,

For those of us who are empathic can feel feelings across the oceans.

And so this is for you.

It's also for those who are right in the middle of it all and who would like a safe place to feel their feelings and receive comfort.

This meditation is dedicated to those who are impacted by the Australian fires and that includes pretty much everyone in Australia.

So join with me now for some release and comfort.

If you can find yourself in a place of stillness,

A quiet place to rest,

Do that now and just give yourself these few moments.

Allow yourself to settle in and I always find closing your eyes brings focus and attention within and it helps us to put our attention where we want it.

If you can't do this and you want to do this while walking around or as a walking meditation that's fine as well.

So those of you who are closing your eyes do that now and as you do so just taking some deep breaths.

Being aware of any tension in your body.

Perhaps it's actually hard to breathe.

Perhaps the tension within you is so strong that the breath doesn't get all the way down into the lower belly.

Perhaps your shoulders are tight and your neck stiff and your back sore.

They're all signs of stress and I'm offering now for you to just allow each breath and the energy that I'm bringing across the sound waves to relax those muscles.

With every breath just feel your body relaxing even more and expanding with each breath.

Allowing yourself to feel safe in this moment and just giving yourself this time and space to let go and receive some comfort and support.

Going deeper with every breath and if you're feeling any strong emotions and they're bubbling up allow them to flow.

Don't stop them.

Allow them to flow and underneath those emotions when you expand and you allow them to flow there's a kind of calmness.

There's a stillness where we can find clarity and inspiration and peace even if only for small moments of time.

Allow yourself now to imagine that you can go deep inside your body,

Your mind,

Spirit and you can find this pocket of peace.

It's sitting behind all of those energy centres for those who know about them and it runs up and down the centre of your body.

This channel of peace,

Of flow,

Of inspiration,

Of nurturing and just keep dropping in with every breath and I will take you there to that column of peace that runs through your body,

That column of energy that runs through your body.

The life force of who you are connected to all that is and when we look at these big catastrophes,

These big events from this place we expand into this universal self that actually has the power and the know-how of what to do that is exactly right for you in this moment.

Do you need to be part of an organisation that is helping out or do you need to be by yourself and to feel what it is you need to feel?

Do you need to pray and to give comfort to those around you?

When you come into this place you are able to make those decisions with clarity and with purpose and that's what this meditation is about.

Allowing yourself to drop deeper now and just listen to the sounds of my voice and the sounds of the water that is flowing in the background because water is a flowing energy and emotions are a watery energy.

Allowing yourself with every breath to breathe in your inner wisdom,

Your universal wisdom and to breathe out anything that is blocking that,

Anything that is making you feel small or helpless.

Breathing in now and releasing any panic,

Just letting all go now,

Noticing if it's anywhere in your body in particular and breathe through that space.

For me it's usually down in the solar plexus just under the rib cage.

Breathing in and releasing any anxiety and worry that is causing tension.

Where is that within your body and let that go.

Breathing in now and releasing some more tension from the body.

Perhaps you can breathe in and just release it off your shoulders,

Any burdens that you are carrying.

Perhaps you are the strong one in the family and you've been holding it all together.

Perhaps you are a first responder that has had to keep the game face on whilst during the working hours and now you are taking your time to just pause at all of the horrors that you've seen.

Let it go now.

Let those pictures that are running through your mind now be let go,

Breathe them out through your forehead,

Through your eyes,

Just let them flow through and out.

You don't have to hang on to them.

You don't have to keep them as a memory.

They've served their purpose and let them go now.

Release any stress around the shoulders and any sadness that is coming up,

Let it flow.

If you need to cry loudly or to yell or scream with frustration and anger,

Let it flow through your throat.

Let the emotion come all the way up from your heart and out of your voice.

When we don't let those emotions of deep sadness and anger flow,

There's a lump in our throat.

Allow yourself now to just release those emotions in a beautiful and safe way.

Out through the throat.

Perhaps you can even sigh loudly or just say the word hum and let it out in that way.

Letting all of the emotions out,

Up and out through the throat.

That's better.

I can feel the energy moving now.

And any visions out that come up,

Just let them flow as well and let them be released through your mind,

Out through the head area.

Releasing now,

Just letting it flow through.

Great.

Just continue to do that for as long as you need to.

And I ask that this continue to happen for you at exactly the right pace and the right speed as we move on now.

And just receive the comfort and support that we need.

Breathing in now and the in-breath.

The love of everyone around you.

Feel the support that is coming in from locals,

From big cities,

From countries around this particular event.

Allow all of that to come through.

Feel the power of that.

Feel the hope and inspiration that others are with you right now in this moment.

Feel the support of your guardian angel.

They are real and there with you at this time.

And it's at these times that we experience this type of phenomena because the veils between this world and the world of consciousness are very thin.

Breathing in that support.

Letting it flow through you like water.

Drink it in as much as you need from wherever you need it.

Do you need sleep?

Do you need peace?

Do you need some extra energy to take action?

You breathe that in.

It's all on offer to you now,

Whatever it is that you need in support.

Do you need to magnetize to you specific people or equipment or basic needs?

Breathe that in now and feel that coming to you right now.

Are you sitting on the sidelines feeling helpless?

Breathe in the inspiration from yourself about how you can actually help right now and allow that to flow through you.

Breathing in this beautiful pink light that is nurturing,

Supportive like a big blanket,

Big hug of support.

You are not alone.

You were never alone.

You are not alone and you are enough.

You're doing exactly everything that you can do right now and we are so proud of you.

Breathing that in and holding that to you tight.

Letting it fill you,

Every single cell.

Let it fill up your entire body.

Let it go deep into the ground,

Into the roots beneath your feet.

You have the power.

You have the skills.

You are enough right now as you have access to everything.

Breathe it in whatever you need.

Continue to breathe this in,

Sending it into your cells and down into the roots beneath your feet.

Pulling in whatever it is you need and filling your entire body until you feel calm,

Until you feel rejuvenated.

Perhaps you'll have a sleep now or perhaps you'll be inspired.

Whatever is right for you.

As in a moment we're going to open our eyes and we're going to take this new feeling,

This feeling of comfort and inspiration into the next moments of our day.

With great thanks we send lots of love to those who need it right now.

You may even want to imagine raising your hands and sending it out through your hands.

Thanking everyone who's been around to support us.

All the first responders,

The neighbours,

The friends,

The families,

Sending our gratitude and love to them.

For those who are not involved directly,

Send your love and support to all those that need it.

Be like angels sending this energy out to the world from wherever you are.

Sending it out now to a particular place that feels important to you.

Send it to the earth,

To the animals,

To the water supplies.

May they be blessed,

May they be healed,

May the water and air be clear and pure.

May restoration occur.

Sending it out now,

Feeling the power of being able to send that out.

And for those who need to receive it,

Drink it in,

Drink it in.

Having small amount of gratitudes no matter where you are will help shift you,

Help shift your vibration and when we shift our vibration we're able to see different possibilities and different ways of being.

And I ask that each and every person who listens to this receive the comfort and support they need and the inspiration they need.

And now when you're ready,

Ready to go.

Ready to face the next moment with your uniqueness,

With your amazing skills,

Knowing you're exactly who and where you're meant to be and that you are enough and that you are never alone.
