Hey there,

So today I wanted to share a grounding meditation that anybody can use anytime to be able to release stress and anxiety,

Any fear that they might be feeling.

And once you finish this meditation,

You should feel a lot more relaxed,

A lot more calmer,

A lot more nourished and supported as well.

So let's get to it.

When you can just find yourself a nice quiet space to sit down,

A place where you will not be disturbed for some time and then just settle into your chair.

You can close your eyes if you wish.

And why don't you start by just validating yourself,

Congratulating yourself for being able to take the time to do this meditation.

You know,

Oftentimes we are in that place where we sort of question ourselves a lot more.

So let's start validating the little things that we might be doing to help us be more aligned and be more in the present moment.

So right now you've gotten here.

Right now you have found a place where you will connect again within and find your calmness.

So congratulations,

Great work,

Great job.

Good.

And take a nice deep breath.

As you breathe,

You can allow this to be a full breath.

By a full breath,

I mean just allow the breath to move through your body and just feel as it comes in and then comes out of your body.

Great job.

And I'll notice the chair where you are sitting.

You can still keep your eyes closed.

Just notice where you're sitting.

And now just to make it a little bit more fun,

Why don't we imagine that we are like three-year-olds for this meditation.

I always like to have like a fun childlike space for the meditations.

It just makes it a lot more less serious,

A lot more curious,

A lot more fun.

So hopefully you'll enjoy it more this way as well.

So just imagine that you are like a three-year-old and you are sitting on this chair.

And so as a three-year-old,

Just see if you would like to change anything about the chair.

Maybe you want to change the color.

So just in your mind's eye,

You can start coloring it a different color.

You can give it a different picture.

Maybe you're not even sitting on a chair.

Maybe you're sitting on a cupcake,

If you like cupcakes or a giant tree.

But just imagine that you have with this chair or your cupcake or your tree or whatever,

You have this connection from where you're sitting right to the center of the earth.

So where you're sitting,

Usually that tip of the tailbone,

That's the first chakra.

That's a survival chakra.

That's where we hold all our survival fears and all the experiences we've had in relation to that.

So we are now connecting that with earth.

And earth is where we all get our food,

Where we are all living.

Earth provides us everything,

Right?

It has always provided us everything ever since we were born.

So we are connecting that space,

Our survival space,

To the center of the earth.

And just by doing that,

We're giving this connection the permission to release anything that's not serving us.

So you can just imagine that through this chair or through this cupcake,

Now that it's connected to the center of the earth,

That anything,

Any stress,

Any problem that you're trying to solve,

All of those,

They're just going into the center of the earth.

Earth's got a nice strong gravitational pull.

So it's just pulling away all of that stuff that doesn't serve you.

You could even just imagine maybe like a waterfall going,

Just cleaning your space.

And of course,

This grounding.

So this is grounding where you connect with the center of the earth,

Whether that's your cupcake or whether that's your chair in this meditation.

So you can also imagine this grounding is not just linked to your chair.

It's linked to your entire body.

So whatever weight you're carrying on your shoulders,

Whatever is bugging you in your head,

All of that is connected to the earth as well.

And with the gravitational pull,

The earth's just taking all of that away from you.

All the confusion and the chaos and the judgments and the arguments,

All of that,

Earth just takes it away.

So you can just imagine they're like little stones and maybe some sand and other stuff that's going from your space and going all the way in the center of your earth.

And in this space,

The three-year-old child that you are,

You could just even imagine that you're throwing some of this weight,

You're throwing some of the rocks away from your space.

Just check in your body.

Check if there's places where you feel anything is stuck.

Maybe there's something in your heart space.

Just take it out.

Imagine you've taken out a stone and then put it to the center of the earth and just let the earth take it away.

Just notice how that feels to you.

Notice the stuff,

It's going down the grounding cord.

You can even go up to the grounding cord and just have a look at the grounding cord to see how it looks like.

Maybe if you wanted to make it a little bit more colorful,

You can do that.

You're allowed to play.

You have total permission to play in this meditation.

See how the grounding feels to you.

Maybe you want to hug it.

Just see because it doesn't feel nice and comfortable.

Is there something you need to change?

Then you can go ahead and change that about your grounding cord.

But just make it a really nice comfortable space.

You know,

Grounding cord is where you're connecting with the center of the earth.

Earth is often sort of the divine feminine archetype.

So it's that mother earth.

It's the nourishing earth.

It's like connecting back to your inner womb space,

Right?

It is being cradled and held even before you were born like that pure loving space.

So that's what you're doing right now.

So just go to see how your grounding cord feels.

Maybe give it a hug.

Maybe smell it.

Just see how it feels.

Feel that nourishment within your body.

Maybe you smell something to smell that and take that in your body.

Maybe your grounding cord has got lots of flowers.

So just let that pour all in.

You can even listen to the earth.

Is it saying something to you?

Just feel that embrace.

Feel that love.

Great.

And now as you do that and you've got the whole body and aura layers as well around you,

All of them hooked in to your grounding,

You can just pop in to the center of your head.

And all that means is that you imagine like a little teeny version of yourself,

A super powerful version.

And that's like in the center of your head.

Now the reason you do that is because this is a really good place.

It gives you the advantage of height.

So you can just see from here what's working.

So just stay in the center of your head.

Imagine you are in the center of your head,

You know,

Like the three-year-old child.

And you see,

Is there other stuff that you needed to release from here?

Like are there some people you needed to let go in your grounding cord and down below to the center of the earth?

Is there some energy,

Some confusion that you needed to let go?

Now,

Sometimes what you could do here is you don't need to really identify a person or a situation.

If that's coming to your head,

That's great.

If it doesn't come,

You can just imagine colors.

Like I'll often imagine,

Okay,

There's a purple color stone and I take that and throw it all the way to the center of the earth.

So you could do the same thing.

Clean off some purple energy,

Maybe take some green energy off as well.

Yellow.

And the great thing with this tool is that it doesn't matter.

There's sort of no way you can go wrong.

So you don't have to be perfect even if you feel you're doing it the first time.

Because let's say even if you grounded out something that is yours,

It is yours.

It's going to come back to you.

When you ground something,

You just make it really pure.

You allow it to come to its purest positive vibration and then it goes back to wherever it belongs.

So you can't do any wrong.

So you don't need to be perfect.

You're totally free.

You are in a three-year-old space.

You can just totally have fun.

Great.

So as you keep cleaning,

See if there are any other darker energies that you feel out there or any darker colors in your space.

And just imagine you take them out,

You pluck them up,

And you put them down the grounding cord and then they go away from your space.

Yippee!

Good.

And breathe.

Breathe.

And just notice how you're feeling now,

How your mind be feeling a lot more lighter.

Just validate yourself,

Congratulate yourself for the amazing job that you've done to start feeling like this,

To start feeling just more grounded.

All you needed was just a few minutes of sitting down and doing this.

But look how incredible you are.

Okay,

So let's bring in another tool now,

Now that we've really released stuff.

And it's almost like when you clean your house,

When you have let go of all the furniture that isn't sitting right in the space that doesn't look good,

When you've like really cleansed out stuff,

Let go of some of the old stuff,

Then you can bring in new stuff,

Right?

So now is that perfect time.

Now is that creation time.

Great.

So imagine on the top of your head,

Maybe like four or five inches above your head,

There's a gold sun.

It's your very own sun.

Just like the earth has a sun and the sun provides energy to the earth to be able to give life on earth.

This is your sun,

Right?

You have your own earth.

Now you're going to have your own sun.

The sun being again that masculine archetype as well.

So this is the providing,

This is the giving side.

And you will get to be blessed with all of that giving vibration.

So just bring in the sun above.

Imagine there's a sun above.

It can be as big as you want it to be.

It can be as small as you want it to be.

Just play.

You're a three-year-old.

And in this sun,

Again,

The temperature by the way of the sun can also be something that's totally suited to you.

Like if you don't want it so hot that you get burnt,

That's totally understandable.

That's totally okay.

This is a magical sun.

This is the gold sun that brings you your own gold vibration back.

So just imagine this gold magnetic sun above you.

It's spinning and it's full of your pure positive energy.

You know,

Wherever you need to feel replenished,

Wherever you need to feel nourished,

It's got your highest gold vibration,

Sparkling in there and shining in there.

So when you're ready,

This gold sun is ready to give you that gold vibration.

So just imagine that you poke a hole there and then the gold sun starts radiating all of that gold onto you.

So it comes down on you like lovely,

Beautiful gold vibration.

And it just comes into you,

Soaks into your aura,

Soaks into your body,

Your inner fiber and cells and just covers all of that with gold,

Pure gold positive vibration.

You can imagine you're bringing in some giggles with this,

You're bringing in some abundance,

You're bringing in freedom.

Just imagine all of that lovely,

Juicy vibration is coming and it's filling you in.

And wherever you were emptying,

Wherever you felt like,

Oh,

I had such a load,

That's where this gold sun comes in and it brings you this pure positive,

Highest gold vibration.

So maybe your heart felt like,

Oh,

And now it's being filled with gold.

That's what you're left with.

Great.

So just imagine yourself turning,

Vibrating in that beautiful gold color,

Like just becoming really sparkly.

Breathe.

Great.

So the earth's there now and the earth's supporting you,

Earth's helping you release.

And even after this meditation,

When you open your eyes,

This grounding cord is still there with you and it will support you.

If you are going to walk into any tricky situation,

Let's say the grounding cord is still there and it's still going to support you.

Maybe after some time you just want to change and you want to get yourself a new grounding cord.

I'll tell that in a different meditation as well.

But till then,

This grounding cord is working for you and the gold sun is right there with you,

Following you and nourishing you and filling you with the highest vibrations and lots of giggles and laughter.

So just feel that blessing.

Now,

As we close this meditation,

Just notice if there's anything that you would like to say to the earth,

Maybe express your gratitude to the earth for holding you,

For supporting you.

Maybe if you wanted to express your gratitude to the sun as well.

And notice if they have anything to say to you.

Maybe they have a message for you.

Just tune into that.

Great.

So with that,

And just tuning in again with this beautiful earth energy that you've got flowing with the grounding cord and the energy from the sun,

Just tuning in again to that.

Just fill yourself in and when you're ready,

You can go ahead and open your eyes.
