Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Take a moment to arrive into the space here,

Into the now.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes and come into your internal world.

Take a long deep breath in.

Fill up your belly,

Fill up your lungs,

Fill up your chest.

And exhale from your mouth.

Take a long deep breath in.

Fill up your belly,

Your lungs and your chest.

Inhaling.

And when you're ready,

Exhale from your mouth.

And one more time,

A long deep inhale through the nose.

Filling up the belly,

Filling up your lungs and straight into your chest.

And exhale from your mouth.

And just take a moment to arrive into your most inner sacred space.

Remember,

There is nowhere to be and there is nothing to do than just to be here right now with yourself.

Breathing in through your nostrils and breathing out from your nostrils.

Bringing our awareness to your breath.

Take a moment to bring that focus and awareness to each inhalation.

The air entering your nostrils.

And each exhalation,

The air leaving your nostrils.

And as you breathe in,

And you breathe out.

Let everything go.

And let everything be.

Breathing in very gently,

Very slowly,

Very lovingly.

And breathing out in the same way.

Gently,

Slowly and lovingly.

And watch how your breath feels with each inhalation.

This is a beautiful opportunity to listen to your breath.

To become best friends with your breath.

When was the last time you paid attention just to your breath?

When was the last time you watched the rising of your belly as you inhaled?

And the falling of your belly as you exhale.

So take a moment,

Very lovingly,

Very gently and slowly.

Being patient with yourself.

Watch the rhythm of your breath.

Watch the dance of the air flowing in through the nostrils.

The air flowing out of the nostrils.

And now bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown.

And relax your crown.

Bring down the back of your head and to the back of your neck,

Relaxing your muscles,

Any stiffness,

Any tension you might be experiencing.

Relax your shoulders,

Your shoulder blades,

The top of your spine going down,

Each vertebrae at a time to the bottom of your spine and straight into your tailbone.

Relaxing your hips,

The back of your legs,

Your calves,

Your heels and the soles of your feet.

And really grounding yourself into Pachamama,

Into Mama Earth,

Taking in the nurturing,

The grounding energy straight into your feet,

Into your toes,

Up into your ankles,

Your shins,

Your knees and your thighs.

And train your pelvis,

Relax your whole lower body.

And go up into your belly.

And now relax your belly.

And take a moment here to watch the rising and falling of your belly as you breathe in and you breathe out.

Taking the energy from the belly,

Open up your ribs and let it travel straight into your heart,

Opening your chest space.

And now take a moment,

Breathing in through your nostrils and watching the rising of your chest with each inhalation and the falling of your chest with each exhalation.

Let the energy travel from your chest into your shoulders,

Into your arms,

Relaxing your arms,

Your hands and your fingertips.

And letting the energy travel back up from your fingertips,

Your palms,

Your arms back into your chest.

Relax your neck,

Relax your chin,

Your jaw,

Your upper lip,

Your lower lip,

Your left cheek,

Your right cheek,

Your eyes,

Your ears and finally your third eye.

Taking a moment here to really feeling the energy from on the earth straight into your forehead.

Relax your forehead,

Your third eye and just sink in a little bit deeper.

Sink into your softness,

Sink into the relaxation,

Sink into the depth of you,

Sink into your truest,

Purest nature.

Beautiful.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Just relax your whole body.

Feeling into your essence,

Into your truest nature.

And when you're ready,

Slowly begin to move your body,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers and opening up your eyes and coming back into your space.

And when you're ready,

Slowly begin to move your body,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers and opening up your eyes and coming back into your space.
