This short breath awareness practice will allow you to reset during a busy day, reduce inner noise, and gain more mental clarity. We spend most of our days on autopilot, rushing through our to-do lists, so intentionally connecting to our bodies and breath is an incredibly powerful practice. A few mindful moments each day are enough to help you stay focused and feel more grounded.

Breath Awareness Exercise This is a breathing exercise which will help you with feeling fuzzy.

Sometimes there is simply too much going on,

We lose clarity and struggle to focus.

If you consider that our brain is loaded with an average of 34 GB of information per day,

No wonder we are experiencing brain fog.

OK,

Start by adjusting your posture so you feel really comfortable.

Lower your gaze or gently close your eyes and begin by taking three deep breaths.

Breathe in through your nose and release the breath through your mouth.

A couple more deep breaths here,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Great,

Now let your breath come back to its natural pace and take a moment to notice the quality of your breath.

Does it feel slow,

Deep or maybe it feels quite fast and shallow?

Don't try to change it or improve it,

Just notice.

There is no right or wrong way to breathe.

Now notice the sensation of your breath in your body.

Beats your chest,

Rising or falling,

Your belly expanding.

And wherever that is for you,

Place your hand there.

Notice your hand is gently moving together.

Notice the sensation of your hand and your skin or your clothes.

And sense the warmth.

Release your hands and take a moment to notice how you're feeling.

There is no right or wrong way,

So just observe what's present for you.

You're great, Kasia. As to people who criticize you, if they are wise, listen, become wiser yourself. As to the ◇♡□♤°¥£€♤♧₩●?@¿☆, file them in your black hole garbage disposer. Keep that chin up.
