Hello and welcome to this practice that is here to support you when you are feeling stuck.

And this feeling of stuckness can come up at your job,

At your home,

Maybe in the city you are living in,

Maybe in your relationships.

Sometimes we can feel stuck in our own heads and our limiting beliefs or even our physical body can be a place where we can feel stuck,

Especially if you're going through certain health challenges.

Either way,

The intention of this practice is to support you to move through this feeling of stuckness and hopefully alchemize it so you can continue your life with more ease and grace.

And know that you can pause this track at any moment if you need more time in the specific aspect that we are working through.

Find a comfortable pose for your body.

You can be sitting or laying down,

Taking time to settle in and closing your eyes if you feel comfortable.

And as you do so,

I want you to start taking deep breaths into your belly,

Noticing how your belly expands and contracts,

Taking deep and slow breaths in and out,

Noticing the movement it creates.

And allowing your body to relax,

To unwind,

Noticing if there is any contraction or tension in your physical body or maybe your mind feels busy.

See if there are certain sensations or emotions present,

I want you to observe them,

To breathe in and through them,

Creating this space.

It's very important for this practice to be very present and open to experience anything that your own self wants to show you in this moment.

And at any moment if that gets challenging,

Return to your breath and allow that to be your anchor.

And if your mind wanders,

Just bring your attention back to your breath.

And now,

Bring your attention,

Your focus to the feeling of stuckness,

Being stuck.

You can connect to the situations,

The circumstances that you are in that bring up this feeling of being stuck,

Whatever way it works for you,

Connecting to this sensation.

And as you do so,

I want you to observe it,

Noticing how it feels,

What emotions,

Sensations it brings,

How it feels in your body,

What you are experiencing when you are feeling stuck,

As it will be a very unique experience for everyone,

And taking some time to observe it without judgment,

But with curiosity,

Wanting to know more what it actually is.

Notice if there are any sensations,

Emotions,

Other feelings arising alongside of it and holding space for all these different aspects of you,

Doing your best not to judge them,

Not to push them away,

Really allowing yourself to see what is there,

Having compassion and understanding as much as you can do in this moment.

Notice if there is anything that you can do in this moment to support you.

Maybe you need an embrace from yourself,

Just holding your own arms,

Or maybe you need to change your position,

Really attending to whatever you need in this moment,

Whatever can support you to be more open,

More present and more loving and compassionate towards yourself.

As you connect to this situation,

To the sensation,

Ask yourself if there is anything you are meant to learn from it.

Maybe there is a lesson that is very valuable for your own growth,

Wisdom that it holds.

Maybe it's here to support you to make a different choice that is needed for you to have the life that you desire to have.

So having this intention to see beyond the discomfort,

Whatever challenge that is,

Having this openness to see what you can receive from this situation,

What you can learn from it,

If it's difficult to connect to it,

Just ask yourself what wisdom this situation is here to bring me,

What it's here to teach me,

What is the bigger picture that I'm not seeing and allowing the answer to come up.

See if you can notice there is any resistance in this situation,

If there is any attachment.

If you are trying to control,

You can actually experience it on a very physical level.

You can sense this tension in your body.

If you notice these aspects,

Just breathe into them,

Surrender them,

Doing your best to relax this part of self,

Knowing that it is safe to let go.

You are safe to let go.

You don't need to hold on to anything or grasp for anything.

You can let go now.

You can release it all.

You don't need to carry that weight with you and just breathe into those spaces and whatever is arising in this moment,

It's okay to let go.

You are safe to let go.

You are safe to see whatever is waiting for you to see,

To notice,

To hold space for it.

So just allow that to be shown to you.

And now visualize whatever that feeling,

What you're experiencing of stuckness or anything else that comes up in this moment.

How can you imagine it for yourself?

So maybe it can show up as this glass ceiling.

If you are trying to achieve something or move past something,

But it's like you're constantly hitting the limit,

Or maybe it can be presented as a cage where you feel stuck.

Maybe you feel like you're in this small space and you feel very claustrophobic.

Maybe you feel like your arms and legs are tied down.

So allowing your sensations,

What you're experiencing to show you how it can be presented,

How can you see it in your mind's eye and really feeling it,

Connecting to it as it can really support you to see even more of this part of self.

And if you're ready,

Set an intention to let it go,

To let go of the sensation of this weight you're carrying,

Of the circumstances of your situation,

Whatever this is.

Set an intention of you surrendering it over.

And as you continue seeing this imagery of how it presented for you,

Imagine as that glass ceiling breaks down,

Or this cage falls apart,

Or you're getting out of this little space,

Or whatever way it is shown to you,

Imagine as whatever is holding you is falling away.

Maybe the fire is burning it down,

See it,

Feel it,

How whatever is there holding you is falling away.

And you can see that whatever was holding you is not there any longer,

It's gone.

And I want you to spread your own energy,

Whatever that is,

You spreading your own chest and taking more space,

Or maybe you can see as finally you can spread your own wings,

Seeing your energy bubble,

Your energy field is expanding,

However way you want to do it,

But I want you to see,

To feel it,

To know that there is expansion that is happening in this moment,

As you can finally take the space that you deserve to take.

Not being this small and contracted,

But really taking the space,

Expanding.

And notice if you can feel the spaciousness as you let go of the old,

Of whatever doesn't serve you,

Real spaciousness and openness to new things you would love to experience,

To new reality,

New choices,

New possibilities.

And as you do so,

Feel like there is so much grace,

So much love that is available to you.

You can imagine as it comes from the above and just showers you with grace and love.

Being open to receive this grace and love and support,

Whatever else you feel like you need in this moment,

Knowing that you are worthy to receive it,

It's your time to receive it and holding this intention,

This openness to receive this grace and love for yourself,

For your body,

For the situation what you originally connected with,

And allowing that energy to spread into all aspects of your body,

All aspects of your life,

And just basking in this energy of openness,

This spaciousness,

This surrender,

And receiving,

Receiving the love,

The support,

And anything else you need in this moment.

And you can stay even longer in this space.

If you are ready,

I invite you to connect back to your body,

Your physical space,

And taking this moment to express the gratitude towards yourself for taking time and holding this space for yourself that is so,

So valuable.

And I hope that you enjoyed this practice and you can feel the difference between when you started it and now,

And I truly hope that you will see changes in your life as well,

And you can return back to it and do it as many times as you would like to.
