Full moon cleanse meditation is for you if you want to cleanse your mental body of the limiting beliefs that don't serve you anymore and if you want to release all the emotions that don't serve you anymore. Find a comfortable quiet space and dive into my voice. My intention is to guide you within towards your inner self and help you cleanse and clear all the unnecessary stuff. Now straighten your back and reach with the top of your head to the sky and allow yourself to meditate as if you are falling into some comfortable space next to you,

Inside you.

You simply allow yourself to just fall into comfort and before you start relaxing your mind to make it a bit more relaxed,

You allow yourself to remember all the good news,

All the beautiful memories of today,

Of the past week,

All the little things that you've been grateful for,

All your little and big achievements and victories,

The times you made your bad if that's important for you,

The times you enjoyed your coffee or tea,

The times you laughed hard and when you hugged someone you love.

And as you allow your heart to fill with all of these pleasurable feelings,

Your body is getting more and more relaxed.

It's not like you are pushing away tension,

Tension can be inside you just like relaxation but you are slightly loosening it,

Inhaling this fresh oxygen into your system,

Exhaling whatever is time to let go,

The tightness,

The pain if you've digested it and you focus on your heart for a little bit and every time you inhale you imagine your heart become broader,

Wider,

Expanding and every time you exhale the air leaves your chest but your heart is as expanded as it can be and inside this expanded space there is space for any emotion,

For excitement,

For fear.

Now inside your heart you imagine yourself,

You are standing in a dark empty place,

A small figure,

Try to see the details,

What do you look like,

What are you wearing,

How old are you,

What is the look on your face and you come up to yourself and you give yourself a hug and like this you exhale to the fullest,

Breathing out all of the digested emotions,

All of the tensions that you are ready to let go,

All of the anger,

All of the sadness and now you imagine that a rain is showering on you,

A warm tropical rain and it's just not washing away everything from your physical body but your emotional body,

The digested emotions and you see your body starts shining with a certain kind of brightness,

The brightness that belongs only to you,

Your own glittery light and the rain gets stronger,

Warmer and it washes away all of the unnecessary thoughts from your mental body,

All of the words and sentences you used to believe that don't serve you anymore.

You may even hear some of them as they are being washed away,

You may say goodbye to them,

Letting go of the sentences you were certain about in your head,

Creating space for new and fresh.

The rain is warm and soft and it embraces you in a kind of a cocoon.

This cocoon is warm,

It keeps you in a soft hug,

This is your safe space where you can lend your mind and allow yourself to be thoughtless,

To feel everything you feel or let go of all feelings for just some moments.

And I don't know what you are thinking right now,

But I make an intention that my voice guides you to your deepest,

Truest self and as you inhale your breath travels down into your nose,

Your chest,

Your stomach.

And inside your stomach you find this point where everything decompresses,

The center of your body.

You keep your focus here inside your body center,

The point where your inhalation ends and your exhalation begins.

It is somewhere between your solar plexus and your belly button in the middle of your torso.

You can imagine there is a pillow or a cushion there and you can literally imagine your mind just dropping on the cushion and resting.

Your attention rests in the center of your body.

Your mind may want to wander and think different thoughts,

But you allow it to be.

Still,

You softly draw the attention back into your body center.

If you need you breathe into it or you imagine a bright,

Full moon,

The same one you can see in the sky.

You imagine such a moon inside the center of your stomach.

It can be as tiny as a sunflower seed or as big as a watermelon,

Whatever is comfortable for you to imagine.

And you keep your attention on this bubble of bright light,

On your own personal full moon.

Your body becomes flowy,

Transparent,

Almost non-existent.

The longer you keep your attention on this point inside your stomach,

The easier it becomes.

And now you start noticing a different kind of rain,

The one that comes from within you,

From the full moon inside your stomach.

This rain showers you with peace energy.

Peace energy goes to every little cell inside your stomach.

For a moment imagine your body were a sponge and it's taking in all the peace energy you are generating right now,

Decompressing,

Shining,

Letting go,

Letting go.

I will give you a minute in silence to focus on your full moon inside your body center,

Somewhere between your torso,

Your solar plexus and your belly button inside your torso.

Let's give you a minute in silence to focus on your full moon inside your stomach.

Let's give you a minute in silence to focus on your full moon inside your stomach.

Let's give you a minute in silence to focus on your full moon inside your stomach.

It is just so easy to be present inside your body center.

There is no effort,

It is full rest,

Complete love.

You are at home.

And the bright full moon is showering light from within,

It's growing bigger and bigger until your whole body starts shining.

And you notice that this shining,

This light that you are generating is also healing you from within.

And now pay attention to your breath.

Allow yourself to visualize as you inhale the golden light goes in all directions across your body and you accept yourself in your wholeness,

Even your shadow parts.

Just like in the very beginning of this practice you are giving yourself a hug but this time you are hugging yourself in a whirlpool of light.

The golden light of peace energy wraps you.

You are at home.

Now start breathing in deeper.

And as you breathe out,

Start hearing all the little sounds around you and inside you.

Allowing yourself to give a little bit of attention to the outside.

What is the loudest sound around you right now?

What is?

The smallest sound around you right now?

You are coming back to your body,

You rub your fingers and you move your toes.

And whenever you feel comfortable,

You start to slowly open your eyes.

And whenever you open your eyes,

You still keep a little bit of your focus inside your stomach.

And you allow your attention to always be within you even when it is outside.

And this will keep your body filled with your attention,

Filled with your energy.

Now do a little bit of stretching.
