Okay,

Let's activate the sense of safety in your body.

It's time for you to release survival,

Release tension,

Release hypervigilance and engage full trust,

Full safety,

Full softness.

I want you to take a big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Full exhale,

Releasing tension everywhere throughout your body through every deep breath in and out.

I want you to place your hand over your heart and slow exhale out the mouth releasing all of that air,

That stagnant energy bringing your shoulders away from your ears.

Another big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

I want you to visualize energy towards the bottom of your feet.

Energy is grounding the bottoms of your feet to the earth pulling any tension.

And I want you to tune into the rest of your body and I want you to ask yourself where can you release five percent of tension?

Just five percent and with your hands still over your heart I want you to say to yourself,

I am safe in this moment and I can soften one layer.

Safety is a felt sense,

Not a thought.

We want to bring safety into our body every single day.

If you're noticing tension in any particular area of your body today allow yourself time and space to release it using the power of your breath,

Using the power of slowing down.

You are worthy of feeling safe every single day.

And if you feel like your body has more control over you than you do over your body,

We start with five percent and then every day we work ourselves up to being able to release more and more and more tension and dis-ease in the body.

Remember that you can plant yourself firmly on the ground and visualizing energy being pulled.

Big deep breath in through the nose and you can slowly bring yourself back to awareness in your body what's around down.

We bring safety back into the body by moving just a little bit slower each day and knowing that we have control over feeling better more often.
