Hi,

It's Kimberly Novosel.

So happy to share the short practice with you today.

Thank you for joining me Wherever you are find a comfortable posture Lengthen your spine let your shoulders drop away from your ears Press them back just a little spin or even allow them to fall back opening across your collarbone opening your heart space And if you can or want to today close your eyes Give yourself a few moments to settle There's nowhere else to be nothing else to do only this only this Notice your breathing No need to change anything about it.

Just begin to tune your attention to your breath Notice its pace its depth its rhythm Maybe even its texture What message does your breath have for you today?

What gift does it have to give you?

Let it come let it go Imagine that breath even a gentle easy natural breath traveling all the way down to the tips of your toes Every little bit of air you bring into yourself moves all the way down to this bottom part of your body toes feet Ankles Every breath you take brings something new into yourself filling you up calves shins knees thighs the bowl of your hips Even an easy gentle natural breath brings so much into your body Relieving your belly your ribcage your heart space shoulders Arms down into your fingertips Refreshing and renewing you in every single cell neck and throat the base of your skull the hinge of your jaw muscles of your face bringing something new and fresh to the inner corners of your eyes the center of your forehead the crown of your head Every inhale invites something new something wonderful Something relieving into yourself until your whole self is a light made new fed and Similarly every exhale releases something from yourself that you no longer need Every exhale expels out into the world what you are done with What no longer serves you This refreshed body hold on to that feeling of newness Exhale out.

What isn't yours anymore?

Bring your attention back fully to your breath And keep that going every inhale bringing something new to you Every exhale letting something go What is yours?

What isn't?

What do you need and what don't you?

Let it come let it go Everything in life just like your breath.

Let it come and let it go Loosening your focus on anything in particular spend a few moments here once again as we started just noticing Your breath as it is You might even think to yourself or feel within your body simply.

I am breathing Right now I am breathing right now I am breathing and That is enough Begin to move your body just a little maybe a gentle sway or a stretch or a wiggle Deepen your breaths for a few rounds,

Maybe four or five rounds of breaths deeper and deeper Take your time closing your practice as you see fit maybe the deepest breath you've taken yet today Maybe a great big stretch maybe some sound on your exhale And whenever you're ready open your eyes
