Really enjoyed this course. I have a degree in horticulture and have played around with herbs, plants medicine, and essential oils for many years. Was really wonderful to find something on IT that brought those interests into my meditation practice at a bit more of a granular level. Your insight and knowledge of the oils and their properties is a cut above the few plant related offerings I’ve found on IT. Thank you Kirsty for this beautiful experience with essential oils. I have never stood in silence wondering about specific aromas, but these couple of days made me courious about the energies that flow through me, especially the ones around throat chakra, phisically progressing towards hipothyroidism, and my difficulty in expessing my feelings. Why does angelica root help with finding your voice?
