We're deciding what comfort you need and where you need support,

Ranging the body and the arms,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Receiving the breath and then out.

And so as you become aware of your Shavasana again,

The presence of awareness here with your laying body,

Having moved and stretched and connected and found some space,

The invitation again to remember that loving intention as you silently repeat it three times.

The words create feeling and feeling infuses the cells of the body and then the movement of awareness which carries loving intention like an inner flow,

An inner circulation,

Subtle circulation just like blood flow which nourishes cells,

Tissues,

Bones and spaces in the body.

And that begins at the right hand thumb,

Index finger of the right hand middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Palm of the right hand,

Back of the hand wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Right side of the chest,

Right waist,

Hip,

Thigh,

Knee,

Kneecap,

Space behind the knee,

Calf,

Shin,

Ankle,

Heel sole of the right foot,

Top of the foot,

Right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

All right side of the body in your awareness,

Space inside the body and awareness with this rising and falling breath,

This receiving and releasing of space,

It's receiving and releasing of inner space,

It's receiving of outer space,

Releasing of inner space,

It's merging of body,

Breath and space,

Awareness of expansion,

Feelings of expansion,

Noticing awakening feelings of expansion now and noticing and awakening feelings of contraction,

Memory and feeling of contraction,

This living and flowing of expansion and contraction with awareness that holds it all just like space,

Awareness like space taking in all expansion and contraction as one and moving awareness of the space between the eyebrows as you look out beyond your closed eyes towards the space beyond the body,

Look out beyond the closed eyes towards the space in which you see dreams,

You might notice images of colours in the space,

Leaning into awareness,

Leaning into this inky darkness as you awaken the images and symbols that you hear named from memory or imagination,

The roots of a tree,

Red desert,

Inverted red triangle,

Full moon,

The ocean at night,

Sunflower in full bloom,

Warmth of an open fire,

Radiance of the sun,

Candle burning in a dark room,

Raindrops on a windowpane,

Singing along to your favourite song,

Speaking your truth,

Sky at night,

Space between the stars,

Expansive infinite space beyond the stars,

And your own loving intention as you silently repeat it now three times,

Bearing your awareness now to the feelings of body meeting earth and earth meeting body,

The weight of body,

The container of skin,

The shape and outline of body,

An awareness of the sensations of air and clothing against the skin,

And an invitation to take a deeper more audible breath now in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

An invitation to begin to invite forward a gentle physical reawakening,

However the body is asking to move,

Perhaps wiggling fingers or toes,

Stretching,

Curling,

Twisting,

Turning,

However you need to move,

Just let the body guide you now,

Bring your presence and awareness to the room that you're in and the floor and walls and ceiling and space that holds you,

We will close our practice together from a seated position,

So as you emerge you can roll onto one side,

So put yourself up to seated,

Just finding your way there and with the breath we'll just reach and stretch into the arms,

So as you inhale reach the arms wide,

Connect the palms above the head,

As you exhale hands through heart centre and twice more with breath,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in and as the hands rest at heart centre,

Lowering the gaze towards the heart,

Surrendering the stronghold of the mind to the wisdom of the heart and the body,

Let that loving intention carry you through,
