A meditation for when you are feeling like nothing is going the way you want it to go... Take a moment to meet yourself where you are at.  We'll practice breath work with deep cleansing breaths- holding the breath at the top to acknowledge the energy in your body in the present moment before exhaling. We'll use small hand movements paired with breath work to assist with inviting in new energy and pushing away stagnant energy from your body - as if you are making waves with your energy to encourage re-alignment of your own energetic rhythm within your mind & body. **Inhale - palms facing up towards your chin & the sky as they rise with the inhale **Exhale- palms facing down towards your feet & the ground and the lower with the exhale Allow the new potential and new energy to be your north star as you continue the journey of life. Take this balanced & re-energized version of you into your day to see how good it can get;) Quote: Isabela Aznar | Music: Garden by Grant Borland

Welcome,

My friend,

To this present moment.

Have you been feeling stuck lately?

Or like you are falling behind?

Or maybe like nothing seems to be going your way lately?

You are not alone,

My friend.

Allow yourself to pause any thoughts of the future or the past.

And allow yourself to meet you in this present moment.

Bring the awareness to your state of mind and body.

Feel how your body is allowing energy to flow.

Is it flowing easy and calm?

Or is it feeling a little stuck or restless?

Meet yourself where you are at today,

My friend.

Take an inhale in through the nose.

And hold it at the top.

Allow this breath to swirl slowly in your lungs.

And exhale a cleansing breath.

Inhale in through the nose.

And again hold at the top.

And this time direct the breath and the energy to your mind.

And allow it to slowly swirl as if to cleanse your mind.

And exhale.

Inhale in through the nose.

And hold at the top.

And allow yourself to feel this breath and this energy flow and ripple through your body.

Through your chest.

Through your torso.

Your legs and your toes.

And exhale that cleansing breath.

Allow your hands to relax.

Allow your hands to hover over your belly.

Not necessarily making contact with your belly,

But just hovering.

As you begin to start to feel the energy around that torso area.

On the next inhale and exhale,

We'll allow the palms to face up and rise with our body and with the inhale.

And on the exhale,

Allow your palms to face down as they fall with the exhale.

To encourage inhaling new potential and new energy into the body.

And allowing the push of exhaling stagnant or stuck energy out of the body.

By using our hands to just assist a little extra with that inhale and exhale and movement of the energy.

So palms facing up.

Take in a deep inhale in through the nose.

Allowing your shoulders and your hands to rise slightly.

And on the exhale through the mouth,

Allow your hands to fall.

Use them to push the energy away from your body.

So palms up.

Inhale.

Palms will rise.

And exhale through the mouth.

Palms down and push that stuck energy out of your body.

Palms up.

Inhale through the nose.

As the shoulders and the palms rise.

Palms down.

Exhale and push that energy out of your body.

One more time.

Palms up.

Inhale in through the nose.

As your palms and hands assist with guiding new energy into your inhale.

Palms down.

Exhale through the mouth.

As you push that stagnant energy away from your body.

Continue this movement on your own for just a couple more breaths.

Really finding your rhythm and what works for you in terms of allowing your hands and your own movement to assist in allowing the stuck energy to be released with the exhale.

And with the inhale,

Acknowledging that a new energy may be received.

Feel free to let these movements be grand and big as you inhale and rise your hands above you.

Feel free to play with the speed.

Maybe exhale sharply to really get something unstuck.

Or exhale very slowly to gently release what is no longer meant for you.

This is all what feels good for you,

Your body and your energy.

My friend,

You are not falling behind.

You are right where you need to be.

Isabella Esnar writes,

Maybe the universe is not testing you.

Maybe it's simply giving you the opportunity to practice all that you say you are.

You may be feeling stuck on what you want certain things to look like.

And you may not feel it's possible in this moment.

When you feel like this,

Take pause with your mind,

Body and your soul.

And whisper to the universe,

Show me how good it can get.

Show me how good it can get.

Place your love and faith in yourself and allow the universe to show you how good it can get.

Sit with this feeling,

With this new energy that has been breathed into your body and into your soul.

And give yourself the permission to go there.

Envision what the possibility looks like for what you may be feeling a little stuck on.

How does that feel,

My friend?

To embody this energy,

This new potential,

This new way of being.

Where you place your faith and your trust and your love into whatever is meant for you.

You may not know exactly what it looks like,

And that's okay.

But just knowing that feeling,

That it is meant for you,

And that it does feel good for you.

That will be your North Star,

My friend.

In the quiet of your mind,

Take a moment to whisper to yourself,

Thank you,

Energy.

Thank you,

Universe.

Thank you to what is meant for me,

Even if I don't know exactly what that looks like yet.

Whisper in the quiet of your mind,

Show me how good it can get.

Until next time.
