For creating the space and taking the time to get quiet,
To settle in and return home to your highest self.
I'm sure you know by now if you've been doing this a while how good it feels to do this.
It's what brings you back,
To focus on your breathing,
To observe your thoughts but at the same time giving yourself the permission to not attach.
It's an incredible relief that we know it's only a few minutes.
The effects last all day and into the night,
Taking the time to breathe,
To rest while still awake.
It's all the restoration that you need so that when it is time to be active and alert and engaged you're fully there,
Present in your life.
So in doing this work it starts with a simple breath exercise,
Breathing in together as we always do.
Breathe in through the nose,
Hold at the top,
And release through the nose making an audible sound as you do.
Again,
Breathe in through the nose,
Hold,
And release,
Building heat throughout your body,
Just through your breath.
Breathe in,
Hold,
And release.
Again,
Breathe in through the nose,
Hold,
And release.
Hold,
And release.
Push,
Push,
Push,
Push,
Push,
And then breathe in and return to your own rhythm of breath.
Not totally automated,
You're still thinking about how the breath feels as you inhale and how it feels when you exhale.
It's that focus on that rhythm that's going to carry you through this meditation today and just by doing so observe how your mind feels.
Notice how fast one thought is replaced by the next.
Is the pace slower?
Is it faster?
What glimmers and colors are you seeing and thinking right now?
Did you notice that you sometimes think in colors?
Whether you're angry or feeling negative or whether you're feeling happy and thinking happy thoughts,
The glimmer of color around those thoughts is start to notice and as you continue to breathe,
Focus on lightening the color around your thoughts to an alkaline blue,
Maybe some purple to support your intuition and notice when you shift the colors around the thoughts,
How that makes your body feel.
Like and as you move into a more alkaline state in your mind and your body,
Pay attention to the rhythm of your breath.
Pay attention to how your shoulders feel,
Your joints,
Your feet,
Your hands,
Coming back to your heart and maybe for the first time today,
Notice how the beating of your heart feels and the energy emanating from your heart space.
This is your heart chakra,
Which for talking about colors is green.
With every breath,
Feel yourself move into a more alkaline loving state of being and with your mind's eye on your green heart chakra,
Expand the power and the strength of that space further out throughout your body further out throughout your body until suddenly the energy of your beating heart is not only inside your body but in the area around it and with every breath,
Gain insight and intuition into your heart chakra feeding it energy of love and life so that you're able to expand your energy field out even further with positive light,
Knowing that every molecule that your energy field touches is improved,
Is heightened into a higher dimension.
Simply by breathing and emanating positive energy,
You're changing the structural realm around you at a subatomic level.
Continue to push out your energy field into the room and beyond across your city and state and country,
Across the waters,
Up into the sky.
Just hold that space for the next minute or two,
The exchange of energy,
The knowledge of your positive alchemy in the world happening in real time as you do this meditation and as you send out good across the world,
Feel the karmic relationship of that good coming back to you tenfold,
Allowing you to bring in and manifest your energy and energy allowing you to bring in and manifest anything you desire,
Knowing that it's for the highest good or as you give you get and at the root of it all is your energy.
So start to bring your energy back,
Back across the world,
Over the waters,
To your country,
To your state,
To your city,
To your neighborhood,
To where you live,
To your room,
Around your body,
Back into you.
You can start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Do some gentle neck rolls,
But before you open your eyes,
Put your hands together and bring them to heart center.
Feel the beating of your heart and in your hands the energy there.
