This is MOVE,
A meditation to awaken motivation and joyful energy.
It's a soft hypnotic style meditation to dissolve procrastination,
Reconnect with your body and ignite your desire to move.
Let's begin and welcome into this moment especially for you.
It's for you to breathe,
Reset and reconnect with a part of you that loves to move.
A part of you that wants to stretch,
Run,
Dance,
Play and flow.
Sometimes that spark gets buried under tiredness,
Doubt or hesitation.
But deep down movement is natural.
It's joy,
It's aliveness,
It's your body saying,
I'm ready.
Let's find that spark again now,
Gently and with love.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in energy and exhaling heaviness.
One more time,
Inhale clarity,
Exhale resistance.
Let your body soften,
Let your breath become steady.
You are safe to let go now,
To release the weight of should and rediscover your want to.
Now bring to mind the feeling of not moving,
That heavy stuck sensation,
The way your body feels when it's been still for too long.
Without judgment,
Just notice it.
Now picture it like fog in your body,
Grey,
Heavy and slow.
With every breath out,
This fog begins to lift,
Rising,
Fading,
Clearing.
It was never you,
It was only the pause before the spark.
And feel that now,
Space returning to your body,
Lightness,
Possibility.
You are no longer stuck,
You are ready to move.
Now speak these truths gently to your subconscious.
Let them land and settle like soft steps on a path.
Movement is my medicine.
I love how I feel when I move.
I don't wait for motivation,
I create it.
The first step is all I need and the rest flows.
Exercise clears my mind and lifts my spirit.
I choose movement that feels good in my body.
Even 10 minutes makes a difference.
I am not stuck,
I am shifting.
My body wants to move and I am listening.
Take a moment and let your body feel these truths,
Not just hear them.
Now picture yourself moving freely,
Easily.
Maybe you're walking outside,
Feeling the rhythm of your breath and steps.
Maybe you're dancing in your living room,
Smiling without effort.
Maybe you're flowing through yoga,
Lifting weights,
Riding a bike,
Stretching on the floor.
Whatever feels right,
See it clearly.
Your body is glowing.
You feel strong,
Fluid.
You aren't forcing,
You're following.
You're remembering how good it feels to move.
Your body responds to this joy.
Every cell wakes up,
Every muscle says,
Thank you.
Now gently say,
I commit to myself,
I commit to movement.
Not as punishment,
Not as pressure,
But as a sacred promise to your body to help it stay clear,
Flexible,
Vibrant.
Even 10 minutes is enough.
Even one stretch is progress.
You don't need to be perfect,
You just need to begin.
And you're already doing that now.
Feel your body now,
More open,
More alive.
This is what you've been missing.
Not just exercise,
But connection,
Pleasure,
Power.
You are coming back into your body.
You are moving forward.
One breath at a time,
One choice at a time,
One step,
And the rest follows.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Release the last of the hesitation.
You are clear.
You are ready.
You are already changing.
Wriggle your fingers,
Wriggle your toes.
Roll your shoulders and maybe stretch your arms.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
And if it feels good,
Stand up,
Take one movement and let your body lead.
You've already begun.
