This is a meditation for anchoring in gratitude as your baseline state.

As we begin,

Observe your breath,

The way it moves naturally in and out,

In and out,

In and out.

Did you know that your breath is the easiest tool you have to quickly regulate the nervous system?

Breathe with me.

A double inhale.

In,

In.

Hold.

Out for a count of six.

In,

In.

Hold.

Count of six.

In,

In.

Feeling the breath in your back body.

Hold.

Out for a count of six.

A double inhale.

In,

And in.

Hold.

Out for a count of six.

In,

In.

Feeling it all the way down to your pelvis.

Hold.

Out for a count of six.

Notice now how easy it was to shift your state just in a few seconds.

What's different about your body now and how you feel than when you arrived?

You,

With the intelligence of your body,

Entered into your body's natural state.

Notice how even the room around you,

As you breathe,

The walls,

The floor beneath you have also softened.

It's like the room relaxes as you relax.

The room softens as you soften.

The world gets softer as you get softer,

Doesn't it?

You already know that there's a reason your body forgets.

When you're jittery,

Or start shallow breathing,

Or get in your head,

Or start seeing the problems,

You know your body's protecting you.

Thank you,

Body.

Thank you,

Breath.

And you already know,

When these signs of dysregulation arise,

How to get back to homeostasis.

Safety.

Breath.

In.

Out.

Safety.

Breath.

In.

Out.

It's in the breath you gain access to gratitude.

Thank you.

It's in the breath you gain access to the not problem.

Thank you.

It's in the breath you slow down the train of emergency.

Thank you.

As you attune now to how easy it was for you to shift your state just by using your breath,

I want you to invite in a cosmic resource.

Maybe it's an animal.

Maybe it's an angel or a guide.

Maybe it's an ancestor.

Maybe it's a place you go in your own mind where you feel so safe.

Invite this cosmic security in now as you breathe,

Allowing them to appear even more clear.

Feel them.

Sense them.

See them.

Know yourself held by their presence.

You're held just by breathing,

Aren't you?

Thank you.

Breathing in safety.

Breathing out solutions.

Breathing in home.

Breathing out ease.

Gratitude,

Your natural state,

Comes not when we bypass our feelings or try to force counting our blessings.

No.

Gratitude comes by putting your energy and breath in the direction of wellness.

Each breath,

Momentum is built in the direction of safety.

And from this safety,

It is so easy to feel that gratitude is your natural home state.

Let the momentum of wellness grow and grow and grow simply as you breathe.

There's no gratitude list to count here because from this state,

All of life is for you.

When you remember your cosmic source,

Gratitude becomes you.

Thank you.

So as you breathe now,

Allow the vibration of gratitude,

The settled feeling of safety to fill you as you are filled with an endless well of source.

Source.

The momentum of this gratitude grows as you breathe without even your conscious awareness.

Your body comes back to homeostasis without you doing anything.

Your body wants to find home and your body knows how.

Just breathe.

Allow it now.

You know that safety is breath is gratitude is safety is breath is gratitude is safety is breath is gratitude is home is here is you.

Thank you.

I know you can notice now as you breathe,

How difficult it is to even find the problem.

What problem?

I know you also see that where safety is,

Where gratitude is,

Where home is,

Where source is,

You have access to greater solutions.

So as these connections become cemented in now,

It's a good thing to wonder what choices become available when you remember your source.

That's right.

Everything you were looking so hard for and trying so hard for is already here.

You do know how to return,

Return to safety,

Return to breath,

Return to gratitude.

You're ready for this to be your home state because you showed up today.

You are gratitude.

It's who you are.

So coming back now with this new awareness that you are source,

You are breath,

You are home and moving forward knowing it's as simple as breathing to remember.

Isn't that true?
