And welcome to this binaural beats meditation.

Binaural beats is a way to put your brain into a specific wavelength.

Just make sure you're listening to this in headphones as it's a requirement for the binaural beats to work properly.

And yeah,

My name is Max Sokoleski and I'll be your guide through this meditation.

The whole journey takes about 15 minutes and my only request to you is turn off the world this short time and give yourself a well-deserved pause.

Opportunity to reboot,

Recharge and just be generous with yourself.

Turn off all your notifications and make sure you're undisturbed.

In this meditation we use theta waves.

The brain is in a theta wave state when you're in meditation.

Theta waves are good for deep relaxation,

Creativity and meditation of course.

We're gonna use your breath as the guide,

As the anchor throughout this meditation.

So let's begin.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your back straight and hands resting on your knees.

And hey,

It's absolutely fine to lay down if you prefer doing that.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth with a sigh.

Breathe in,

Release.

Now slowly close your eyes,

Continue to breathe and stay as present as you can with your breath.

Just lean back,

Let the outer world take care of itself for a while.

There is nowhere to be right now but here,

Right here,

In this very moment,

This split second,

This sliver of time.

Just keep breathing.

Breathe in through your nose and release through your mouth.

Now breathe in.

And when you breathe in you fill your body with energy,

With clarity,

With focus,

With joy.

And as you exhale you let go of any stress or tension,

Restlessness,

Anxiety,

Worries.

All that is leaving your body on every out breath.

Breathe in and let go.

Once more breathe in through your nose and sigh and let go out through your mouth.

Beautiful.

Now bring your full attention to your breath.

You're going to continue to breathe but only using your nose.

So we're going to breathe in through the nose from here on and out through the nose.

Focus.

Focus on the sensation of the air entering and leaving your nostrils.

Notice the smooth airflow entering and leaving.

Feel the temperature of the air.

Feel the texture of your breath.

Is it smooth?

Is it choppy?

How does it flow?

Don't fix anything.

Don't correct anything.

Just let it come like a wave and release like a wave.

Lean back.

Lean into your breath.

The body breathes you.

Let go.

You are now just observing,

Resting in your breath.

Should your mind wander away,

That's fine.

Don't worry,

It does that.

Gently bring your presence back to your breathing.

Notice your belly rising as you breathe in and slowly coming down as you breathe out.

It's a wonderful motion to observe.

It's mesmerizing.

Just follow your breath with your focus,

With your presence,

With your curiosity.

Breathe in and release.

Going to leave you for a bit and return when it's time to complete.

Enjoy yourself and your breath fully and completely.

So curious.

Just let it come and go.

Yeah.

Now slowly return to your body to feel the different parts of your body.

And should have you fallen asleep,

That is just fine as the binaural beats are effective just the same.

Now just return to the present moment.

In the here and now.

Start wiggling your toes a little bit.

Then your fingers,

Perhaps yawn a little.

And finally gently open your eyes and become present to the space and the environment that you're in.

Thank you for meditating with me.

Tread gently and enjoy your day.

And I'll speak to you soon again.

Much love.
