This is an intention-setting guided meditation to start your week clear and connected. Within these guided meditations, I will be offering up intentions to come back and connect to, as you move through your day, as well as mantras to connect back to the moment. Living intentionally creates shifts and changes in your life because you are coming from a place of responding vs reacting to life's circumstances. Connecting to an intention creates space and new opportunities in your life because everything starts within. I hope this can be a place you come back to over and over again to change your life's pattern towards what you love and desire to create. Welcome to this new day.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Let's start by placing our palms across our heart space and just taking a moment to feel your heart and your palms and the space between your heart and your palms.

Noticing how you feel as you arrive into the body.

Then slowly do any movements that feel good for you.

Find stillness physically.

Placing your palms upward for receiving energy and connecting your thumb and your index finger.

Deepening the breath now.

Breathing in for 2,

3,

4,

And exhaling for 2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Breathing in 2,

3,

4.

Breathing out 2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Connecting with this rhythm.

Noticing how it feels to sync with the breath.

Allowing everything else to fall away to the side for a moment.

Just you and your breath.

Then soften to your natural rhythm.

A pace that feels good for you.

Allowing the breath to breathe itself.

Then slowly begin to sync your awareness into the space all around you.

Sync into the room.

Noticing how the space is holding you and any sounds and sensations within it.

Noticing how this feels in the body.

Maybe feeling a softening in your eyebrows,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

And your tailbone heavy.

Rooted into the earth beneath you.

The fullness of your body seated here within this space.

Spine tall towards the cosmos,

The stars,

The moon,

The sun.

Feeling your connection to this moment.

Allowing yourself to be gentle as you connect with this moment and anything arriving to the surface of your inner world.

Any emotions or thoughts.

Allowing yourself to feel what is here.

Noticing how it feels to be here.

Noticing how this present moment is kind,

Forgiving.

Holding yourself like the space around you holds you.

Creating room in your inner world and your body to release all that's within.

Just following the breath.

Following the rise and fall of your belly,

Your chest,

Your heartbeat,

The aliveness of you.

Feeling and noticing how your body and being in this beautiful present moment.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

Everything else is just elsewhere for a while.

This time is for you.

Connecting with the mantra,

Allowing myself to be as I am.

With the breath.

Noticing the process.

Holding yourself.

Feeling your breath moving in through the nose.

Feeling your breath moving out your nose.

Noticing the ground,

The earth holding you.

The space all around you holding you.

Notice you holding you through all the inner noise,

Through the waves of emotions.

You are doing an amazing job.

Be so proud of yourself.

Be so proud for all that you moved through.

For connecting to your heart.

The aliveness of you in this beautiful experience.

Slowly place your palms back over your heart.

Feeling this connection to yourself.

Stating the words,

I love you.

Noticing how good it feels to trust fall into yourself.

To be here for yourself.

You have everything you need.

You have everything you need.

The relationship to yourself is the most important one.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Slowly and whenever you feel called,

Move your body in a way that feels good for you.

Or be here for a moment longer,

Holding your heart.
