The three lessons will involve reviewing, learning and acknowledging the lessons, however challenging they may have been, that you have experienced, up until now. Finding gratitude for those lessons and appreciation for all that you have right now whilst also planning for the future. This course encourages you to live your best life by finding happiness in the now. Grab a notebook to jot down notes and thoughts that pop into your head as you listen.
