Meet your Teacher

Nathan is a meditation teacher who has had years of experience in diving into emotions. He has a passion for helping people and introspecting into the deeper layers of life, beyond the ordinary. He fundamentally believes that 'feeling is healing'. Being curious about our deeper layers can provide tremendous benefits to our lives. He implements a lot of introspection and meditative lessons within his work. This style helps people to understand and know themselves at an experiential level and not just a theoretical one. He firmly believes in the power of meditation and how it can help all of our lives. Nathan believes that our power is within, not just in one of us, but within all of us.

Hi Nathan. Great to listen to a course which presents the mind body connection in a way which is so relatable and uncomplicated. Your imagery and soothing voice in meditation really helped me to sense an opening for my stuck feelings to be safely acknowledged and honoured. I know its a journey but its great to have tools like this to support along the way. Also a bonus to be a fellow Irish man.
