And congratulations for making it here,
For finishing your meditation journey.
I hope you found value in this experience,

Before we get into our final meditation today,
I do want to share a few thought starters that might be helpful if you did decide to journal along your journey.
Maybe noticing,
How did you feel on days that we missed our meditation,
If that did happen?
Days where things got too crazy,
Life happened.
We maybe felt too busy to sit down and meditate,
And if that did happen,
Know that that's normal.
As we build this consistency,
It's like a muscle,
Right?
So maybe jot a few notes down,
Noticing.
How did you feel on the days that you did meditate versus the days that you may have missed?
Did you feel different?
Did you feel lighter?
Did you feel maybe more spacious on the days that you did meditate?
Just notice.
Did you realize any self-discoveries?
Did you learn about yourself a little bit deeper?
And if this optional mantra maybe resonates with you,
Maybe you jot it down or maybe you just repeat it to yourself.
Gratitude embodies me as I complete this journey and begin my lifetime practice.
May I continue on this journey of life with abundance and with joy.

I think the biggest thing is to make sure that you feel like you have resources to lean on.
So as we're getting comfortable for our final meditation together,
I wanted to introduce a visualization on an intention for consistency.
So we've been together over the last two weeks.
We've gone through several different techniques.
Today is about combining our foundation of why we sit to meditate,
Of observing our mind,
Being in this present moment,
As well as resting in our intention for carrying this energy of consistency with us every single day.
So together,
Beginning to take deep inhales and exhales,
Bigger than you have all day,
Breathing in through your nose and then exhaling out through your mouth.
Beautiful.
Two more times,
Just like that,
Breathing in through our nose and then out through our mouth.
Maybe you feel your shoulders soften on your exhale,
Breathing in through your nose.
And then slowly fluttering your eyes closed or softening your gaze as we turn inwards and we see what is coming up for me today.
How does my body feel today?
What is my mind like today?
Maybe you hear sounds around you and your environment,
Allowing them to come and go.
So we also focus inward,
Just feeling our weight pressing down,
Our arms resting on our legs,
And just noticing the activity of our mind today.
Maybe thoughts are rushing in and out.
Maybe we're feeling a little bit more calm and grounded,
Allowing however our mind is just to be,
Just observing it.
And then just checking in on your whole body just for a moment,
Noticing if there's any tension in a certain area,
Sending our breath there.
And then beginning to reflect on the last 14 days,
Our journey together,
Noticing what it feels like to be in the exact same spot that you've been meditating in for the last several days.
And as you reflect on the last 14 days,
Maybe a certain meditation comes up for you.
Maybe a self-discovery.
Anything that's coming in,
Just not attaching to it,
Just allowing it all to rise into our awareness.
And just bringing our attention back to this sensation of breathing in and out.
This being part of our life,
Integrated into our daily routine.
Every day.
Even if we're not in the same spot that we sat in for our journey,
Just knowing that committing to our practice,
No matter where we are,
Is enough.
Committing to this intention is enough.
Resting in this awareness,
Feeling what it feels like to just be here,
Alive in this moment,
Feeling your energy flow throughout your body.
That is enough.
Knowing that life is hard.
And challenging.
And busy.
And ever-changing.
Planting a seed of gentleness with ourselves.
Knowing that we're doing the best that we can.
We're setting an intention for consistency together because we know it'll allow us to show up better for ourselves and the people around us.
Honoring the days when life gets too busy.
Or we forget.
It's okay.
We're all human beings,
All doing the best that we can,
Just remembering that as we set this intention together.
Maybe you recognize your mind started thinking or wandered off as you began envisioning yourself.
Integrating this meditation throughout your life.
Just gently smiling.
Remembering.
Coming back.
And as you rest in this awareness and you cultivate this energy of pure being.
Watching as you're able to carry this energy with you throughout your day.
Holding onto it a little bit longer.
As you take a final inhale and exhale as we round out our practice together.
Seeing if you can allow that smile to stay.
Only if it feels good.
Allowing gratitude to come into your awareness.
Feeling that energy.
Allowing that gratitude to engulf you.
Just knowing that you're doing the best that you can.
Thanking yourself for showing up for yourself.
For setting this intention.
May I continue to water the seed that I planted and watch it grow.
When it feels right,
Just getting back into your body.
Fluttering your eyes open as you maybe take some stretches.
Maybe you do take the time to journal.
Just thanking yourself.
And you have officially completed your last and 14th day of your meditation journey.
