From proving to presence.

You don't have to prove anything right now.

This short practice is for the moments you catch yourself rushing,

Pushing,

And overdoing.

The moments your body tightens and your thoughts swirl with all the ways you should be doing more.

Let's pause.

Take a breath in through your nose and let it go slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

Let yourself simply arrive.

Let your shoulders drop.

Unclench your jaw and soften your belly.

Feel your seat beneath you and the ground holding you.

In my work,

I call this the shift from proving to presence.

Proving is a survival strategy.

It's the voice that says,

You gotta keep going.

Don't stop.

Make it happen.

You have to earn it.

But your worth isn't up for negotiation.

It never was.

Let's gently explore what's here right now.

The following are some questions.

Just let them roll over you.

Respond to the ones that resonate and let the others go.

This is a time of self-reflection and exploring your presence.

Where are you feeling urgency today?

Where are you worried or trying to control the outcome?

What are you making this mean about your worth or value?

How might this be showing up in your body?

Can you feel it in your chest,

Your belly,

Your shoulders?

What would happen if you were to release it,

Even just a little?

Can you imagine setting that weight down or maybe offering it to your higher self to carry?

As you soften into what is,

What begins to arise in its place?

Is there a sensation in your body that reflects this shift?

Can you notice it without needing to fix it or figure it out?

Take another deep breath.

And let it out.

As you return to your day,

Pause just a little longer.

Let these questions guide your next step.

What would feel good today?

How might I nourish myself,

My body,

My mind,

My soul?

Where can I slip into a feeling of trust or abundance?

Where might I continue to soothe and support myself,

Especially when old,

Proving patterns arise?

And what,

If anything,

Do I want to ask for today?

Is there a thread of play or pleasure,

Curiosity or wonder calling me?

How might I lean into that today?

Let your body choose one small shift,

One gentle intention,

One sole yes signal to carry with you.

This is how we shift from proving to present.

From pressure to power.

And from depletion to deep alignment.

You are enough.

You're on the path.

And you can return to this space,

This powerfully present version of you,

Anytime.
