Meet your Teacher

Michael is a meditation teacher and spiritual guide who has been meditating for more than fifty years. He has three degrees in religio-spiritual phenomena, including a PhD. He has a grounding in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Indian philosophy, but his knowledge and practice draw on a wide range of other wisdom traditions. Michael works with clients from different backgrounds, sharing simple, direct, and powerful methods for overcoming the challenges of life and for spiritual development.

I particularly appreciated the interweaving of “everyday life” with practice. They truly are not separate in their own special times and places but elements of the Allness. Michael’s voice is also remarkable in its gentleness that (along with the bell) brings silence to a close without a startle. And solider alert the translation of Om shanti shanti shanti to peace of mind, body and spirit is one I’ll use in my personal practice and teaching Thank you.
