Resting the mind in its natural state,

Designed to help you assimilate the insights from your wisdom contemplations.

Keep your back upright and relax your body.

Completely relax your mind.

Let your mind rest.

Enter into a state of non-doing,

Non-analyzing,

Non-conceptualizing.

Let the mind be completely open and receptive.

Allow yourself to become aware of being aware,

Like a reflection in the mirror,

Your mind recognizing all things within it.

Let the mind rest.

Imagine your mind is like a vast ocean.

Most of our life is spent tossing and turning in the ways of confusion,

Obsession and repulsion at the surface of the mind.

As you let go of your mind,

Let go of your mind.

Imagine sinking into the depths of the mind,

Where it's clear,

Tranquil and present-centered.

There's no need to exclude anything from awareness.

Allow everything to be as it is.

Let the mind be completely relaxed.

If thoughts emerge,

Allow them to be there,

The same for sensations and emotions.

Let your mind be like a still mirror,

Reflecting anything and everything that emerges.

Let your mind rest in the present moment of spacious,

All-encompassing awareness.

If you are continuing to analyze and contemplate,

Remind yourself simply to rest,
