Hello and welcome to Mindfulness with Ruby.

In today's practice we are going to do some simple breathing exercises with positive affirmations that are for you to do whilst at work whenever you feel a bit stressed,

Overwhelmed or just need a moment of stillness.

You could do this every hour,

Every 30 minutes or more frequently if you need to.

You may repeat your chosen affirmation or affirmations in your mind or quietly to yourself,

Whichever is best for you.

So let's begin.

Taking a gentle inhale now through the nose and then exhaling calmly through the mouth.

We will take two more breaths with your chosen affirmation.

So inhaling in and exhaling out as you say your affirmation.

And again,

So inhaling in and exhaling out.

Wonderful take a quick moment now just to notice how you are feeling.

Are you feeling more calm,

Uplifted and ready?

You can do this little exercise as often as you need to whilst you are at work,

Whether you are at a workplace or if you are working from home.

Thank you.
