Hello and welcome to this final meditation in our Chakra Rehab series.

Today we'll be focusing on the crown chakra and the crown chakra is all about connecting with a higher consciousness and gaining spiritual insight.

It should be noted,

However,

That the health of the crown chakra is predicated on the health of all of the lower chakras.

So before we begin,

Please take a moment and reflect on how far you've come in this series.

Remember that each meditation has been an essential building block leading up to this point,

This point at which we connect to our divinity.

In this final session,

We'll aim to rise above our everyday concerns and connect with something greater.

The energy of the crown chakra invites us to understand that we are not just individuals in the universe,

But a part of something much bigger.

It's a reminder that you have a purpose and a role in this grand scheme.

In our previous sessions,

We've worked to clear away mental clutter and doubts.

Now as we delve into the crown chakra,

Let's aim to let go of these doubts and embrace trust in the wisdom of the universe.

The chakra represents a deeper understanding beyond what our senses can perceive.

In the stillness of this meditation,

It is my hope that you connect with something profound within yourself.

The crown chakra reminds us that we are not isolated beings,

That we are connected to a universal source of wisdom.

This practice should allow you to experience that sense of unity with all beings and allow you to become a channel for wisdom and the light of connection.

Today,

Through this crown chakra meditation,

May you feel a deep connection with something greater than yourself.

Experience a sense of peace and gain insights that can guide you on your spiritual journey.

As we begin to tap and move into our validating prompts,

You'll notice some repetition from previous meditations.

An open crown chakra does not exist on its own,

Nor can a crown chakra remain open without continued practice of clearing and connecting to the lower chakras.

As we tap through,

See if you can feel a physical connection to each chakra in turn as we hearken back to the clearing of each.

As always,

If any of the tapping prompts do not resonate with your experience,

Please feel free to skip over them or replace the prompt with something that feels closer to the experience of your own heart.

I'm beginning to settle in.

Again,

Maybe choosing to lie down,

Preparing yourself for the yoga nidra session that will follow our tapping,

Allowing your arms to be free of any blankets,

But finding some stillness before we begin.

Take a deep breath,

Inhaling all the way up to your collarbones,

And exhale slowly.

Again,

Deep inhale,

Fill your low belly,

Ribs,

Heart,

Collarbone,

Throat,

Hold at the top.

Hold the breath,

And then slowly,

Like you're leaking air,

Let it go.

A few easy breaths,

Centering and stilling the mind.

And one last deep breath,

Fill up the low belly,

Expand through the low back,

Ribs,

Shoulder blades,

Collarbones,

Hold.

Sip in a little bit more,

All the way up to the crown of the head.

Hold,

Hold,

And slow let it go.

I'm beginning to set up for tapping on your karate chop point.

Tapping lightly with two fingers on either hand,

I get so fearful and anxious.

I get so fearful and anxious.

It feels dangerous to connect to my emotional world.

It feels dangerous to connect to my emotional world.

I doubt my power and have such a hard time getting motivated.

I doubt my power and have such a hard time getting motivated.

Still tapping on the karate chop point.

Past wounds keep me from loving freely,

And my heart feels heavy and caged.

Past wounds keep me from loving freely,

And my heart feels heavy and caged.

I neglect my need for expression and frequently silence myself with fear.

I neglect my need for expression and frequently silence myself with fear.

The fear of the unknown has held me back from exploring my inner realms.

The fear of the unknown has held me back from exploring my inner realms.

I feel disconnected to others and distracted by fear.

I feel disconnected to others and distracted by fear.

Sometimes I feel like a mistake,

Like I'm not meant for this world.

Sometimes I feel like a mistake,

Like I am not meant for this world.

I doubt my connection to the divine.

I doubt my connection to the divine.

And take a break.

Again,

Expand your lungs.

Breathe deep.

Fill all the way up to your collarbones.

And clearing everything out,

Let it go.

And again,

Beginning to tap.

This time we'll be moving through the different points.

So beginning with the edge of the hand,

The karate chop point.

I get so fearful and anxious.

I get so fearful and anxious.

The inside of the eyebrow.

It feels dangerous to connect to my emotional world.

It feels dangerous to connect to my emotional world.

Outside of the eye.

I doubt my power and have such a hard time getting motivated.

I doubt my power and have such a hard time getting motivated.

Under the eye.

Past wounds keep me from loving freely and my heart feels heavy and caged.

Past wounds keep me from loving freely and my heart feels heavy and caged.

Under the nose.

I neglect my need for expression and frequently silence myself with fear.

I neglect my need for expression and frequently silence myself with fear.

Chin.

The fear of the unknown has held me back from exploring my inner realms.

The fear of the unknown has held me back from exploring my inner realms.

Collarbone.

I feel disconnected to others and distracted by fear.

I feel disconnected to others and distracted by fear.

Under the arm.

Sometimes I feel like a mistake.

Like I'm not meant for this world.

Sometimes I feel like a mistake.

Like I'm not meant for this world.

Crown of the head.

I doubt my connection to the divine.

I doubt my connection to the divine.

And again take a break.

Another deep and clearing breath.

All the way up to the top of the collarbones and all the way out.

And we'll be going through that round again.

This time we'll be opening ourselves up to the possibility of change.

So again tapping on the outside of the pinky.

The karate chop point.

I get so fearful and anxious but I am open to being a different way.

I get so fearful and anxious but I am open to being a different way.

Inside of the eyebrow.

It feels dangerous to connect to my emotional world but I am open to trying.

It feels dangerous to connect to my emotional world but I am open to trying.

Outside of the eye.

I doubt my power and have such a hard time getting motivated.

But I am open to things being different.

I doubt my power and have such a hard time getting motivated.

But I am open to things being different.

Under the eye.

Past wounds keep me from loving freely and my heart feels heavy and caged.

But I am open to feeling a different way.

Past wounds keep me from loving freely and my heart feels heavy and caged.

But I am open to feeling differently.

Top lip.

I neglect my need for expression and frequently silence myself with fear.

But I am open to being a different way.

I neglect my need for expression and frequently silence myself with fear.

But I am open to being a different way.

Chin.

The fear of the unknown has held me back from exploring my inner realms.

But I am open to the adventure.

The fear of the unknown has held me back from exploring my inner realms.

But I am open to the adventure.

Collarbone.

I feel disconnected to others and distracted by fear.

But I am open to feeling a different way.

I feel disconnected to others and distracted by fear.

But I am open to feeling a different way.

Under the arm.

Sometimes I feel like a mistake.

Like I'm not meant for this world.

But I am open to feeling a different way.

Sometimes I feel like a mistake.

Like I'm not meant for this world.

But I am open to feeling a different way.

And crown of the head.

I doubt my connection to the divine.

But I am open to believing.

I doubt my connection to the divine.

But I am open to believing.

And again take a break.

Take a clearing breath.

Inhaling fully.

Exhaling completely.

In our final round,

Affirming the positive.

Affirming what is available to us.

Tapping on the karate chop point.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Inside of the eyebrow.

I feel worthy.

I feel worthy.

Outside of the eye.

I am powerful.

I am powerful.

Under the eye.

I am love.

I am love.

Under the nose.

I speak my truth.

I speak my truth.

Chin.

I trust myself.

I trust myself.

Collarbone.

I am an inextricable part of this universe.

I am an inextricable part of this universe.

Under the arm.

I am essential to the fabric of the world.

I am essential to the fabric of the world.

And finally crown of the head.

I am divine.

I am divine.

Instilling yourself.

Snuggling into your yoga nidra cocoon.

If it feels good,

Take another clearing breath.

Maybe holding for a few moments at the top.

Arranging your body as symmetrically as you can.

Hopefully allowing your legs to be long.

Your toes to turn out to the sides a bit.

Letting the hips roll open.

And allowing your palms to face the ceiling or sky.

Opening the heart.

Let your head be heavy.

Let your eyes be soft.

And then settle your awareness into the center of your chest.

Listening into the heart space.

And searching for that seed of divinity that exists in your heart.

That divine connection that comes with open-heartedness.

With the commitment to connection.

And begin to hear your sankalpa echo here.

Hearing the words,

I am divine.

Or perhaps I am essential.

Whichever resonates with you today.

But feeling into the experience of essential nature.

The experience of divinity.

The experience of being a part of all things.

Such that there is no other.

And that all is one.

Again,

Incarnating a future version of yourself in your mind.

Allowing this future and higher version of yourself to truly know their essential nature.

To be securely connected to the experience of the divine.

Feel into how that person moves through the world.

Again,

How do they speak to themselves?

How do they speak to others?

Having the knowledge that there is no other.

And that in speaking to others,

You are also speaking to yourself.

Envision this version of yourself moving through the world.

Expressing,

Communicating,

And connecting.

See just how deeply you connect with the emotional experience of this divine essential nature.

Continuing to hear the words of your sankalpa echo in your mind.

I am divine.

I am essential.

Repeat the words of your sankalpa back to yourself one more time.

And again,

Dropping those words into the still waters of your unconscious.

Trusting the sea,

The sankalpa,

To grow into your intentions.

And let it go.

And find a clear connection to the thumb on your right hand.

Maybe feel a little bit of static electricity or warmth in the thumb on the right hand.

Swim your awareness into the right pointer finger,

Middle finger,

Ring,

Right pinky.

Feel the palm of your right hand,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm.

Feel the top of the right shoulder,

Right side of the chest,

Ribcage,

Waist,

Hip bone,

Glute.

Feel your right thigh,

The back of the right knee,

The top of the right knee,

Calf,

Shin,

Right ankle,

Top of the right foot,

Right big toe,

Second toe,

Third,

Fourth,

And fifth toe.

Feel the center of the sole of the right foot,

Expanding all of your awareness into just the right side of your body,

The masculine side,

The active side,

The fire side,

The Sun side.

Feeling just the right side of your body and then swimming all of your awareness into the thumb on the left hand.

Feel your left pointer finger,

Middle finger,

Ring,

Pinky,

Palm,

Left wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper left arm,

Top of the shoulder,

Left side of the chest,

Ribs,

Waist,

Left hip bone,

Thigh,

Back of the knee,

Top of the knee,

Calf,

Left shin,

Ankle,

Top of the left foot,

Left big toe,

Second toe,

Third,

Fourth,

And fifth toe.

Feel the center of the sole of the left foot and now expanding your awareness into just the left side of the body,

The feminine side,

The passive side,

The water side,

The moon side.

Feel the whole left side of the body and now moving all of your awareness into both big toes,

Moving to the pelvic floor.

And as you settle your awareness into the root chakra,

Into the pelvic floor,

Imagining a warming and swirling red light seated in the pelvic floor.

Imagine that red light soothing and calming the muscles of the pelvic floor,

Glutes,

Insides of the hips.

Now pull your awareness in the space right underneath your belly button,

Transforming that light into an orange swirling,

Sparkling light.

Allow this light to soften the muscles of your low belly and back and then moving your awareness into the solar plexus,

The space where the ribs meet.

Now transforming that light into a deep yellow light,

Allowing this light to swirl and sparkle as it softens the muscles of your lungs,

Diaphragm,

Mid-back,

And then moving your awareness to the center of the heart.

Now envisioning a green light softening the muscles of your chest,

Shoulder blades,

Underarms,

And the very center of your chest as the green light swirls and sparkles,

Moving your awareness to the face of the throat.

And now the light is blue,

Sky blue,

Swirling and sparkling,

Softening the muscles of the throat,

Neck,

The tops of the shoulders,

Ears,

And jaw.

Now pulling your awareness in the third eye,

The center of the forehead,

Envisioning indigo,

That deep purple blue,

Shining,

Sparkling,

Swirling,

Softening the muscles of the eyes,

Forehead,

Scalp.

Now finally seeing a white light,

Almost violet,

In the crown of the head,

Extending up from the crown of the head to the heavens.

Feel your whole body softening,

Swirling,

Whole body,

Whole.

And thank you so much for participating and taking this time for personal growth and engaging in this Chakra Rehab series.

Please know that the light in me sees and honors the light in all of you.

Namaste.
