Drop into the heart and disconnect from the mind. Let the feeling of the heart nourish your body. Consider relating to the world from your heart, and allow it to connect you to your purpose and your true essence. As much as the mind is a useful tool for us,

Sometimes after we spend more time observing what the mind does,

You might notice that we tend to over identify with it.

We're just getting lost in story.

We're spiraling into other thoughts.

We're believing things that are untrue.

We both appreciate the mind for being able to solve some problems and challenges.

It also let go of it as the place from which we relate to everything from.

And so just for right now,

Allowing whatever quality of the mind that is there to be in the background.

Can I let go of the mind right now?

I can let go of it even a little bit.

What other things are available to me?

That becomes alive when I don't associate with thinking so much.

Perhaps some of the challenges that we try and work through with our minds are better met by feeling with our hearts.

Let's encourage ourselves right now to lean into our hearts,

The heart space,

The feeling part of the cell.

This connection to heart might feel like an actual body sensation around the area of the physical.

Maybe a sense of warmth or heldness throughout the body.

Maybe there's some images that come to mind when I say feel into the heart.

Images of loving people or pets or things or moments.

Ever feeling we can cultivate right now of being in the heart and disassociating from the neck up,

Letting our heart encompass the whole body.

Just explore that as the place from which we're relating.

Can you feel your heart just like maybe you can feel your breath?

Can you feel it expand throughout your whole entire body and maybe beyond that?

Just this kind of curiosity and care,

Every tenderness is there in the heart,

Tending to that as well.

If it feels raw,

If it feels fragile.

This heart of yours,

When you can relate to it as your center of being,

It connects you to your purpose,

Your purpose in this life and your true essence,

Just as a good,

Loving,

Compassionate being.

If you can have confidence in yourself,

In your mind and in the genius being that you Thank you.
