Hello and welcome to this meditation dedicated to your heart,
Dedicated to you finding your center within your heart.
And to begin,
Simply close your eyes and take some deep intentional breaths.
The mechanism of breath in our body is often an autopilot,
But when we become aware of our breath and truly embrace and acknowledge the air flowing in and out of our body,
We can become more centered,
More at peace.
So just take a few moments and take those deep intentional breaths.
As we move forward,
Continue to take some deep intentional breaths,
But as you reach the top of your inhalation,
Squeeze and tense your body and the muscles within it,
As if you are trapping and suffocating any negative energy that you may have brought to this meditation.
So as you inhale,
Squeeze that anxiety,
Squeeze the overwhelm,
Squeeze the frustration that maybe you woke up with or you brought here.
And as you exhale,
You just get to release that and feel it exit your body.
Do this a few times over,
Continuing to catch and release that low vibration that you don't want to stay with you.
Moving forward,
We're going to continue taking these deep intentional breaths,
No longer squeezing our muscles,
But as we reach the top of our inhalation,
Pause for three to five seconds,
Holding your breath.
And then as you exhale and reach the bottom of your breath,
Also pause for three to five seconds.
Do this a few times over,
Pausing at the top and at the bottom of your breath.
This is just creating further intention,
Further control of this mechanism of our body that often runs on autopilot,
Showing our body that we can control ourselves,
We can control our emotional state by controlling our breath.
And as we continue the meditation,
Just return to that deep intentional breath that we began with.
No squeezing,
No pausing,
Simply conscious deep breath in and out.
And as we carry on,
Take your index finger and middle finger of your right hand and place it on your heart,
Right in the middle of your chest.
And as we continue,
Just simply tap on the middle of your chest,
Over your heart in a somewhat rapid motion,
Gently tapping on the middle of your chest.
And as you do so,
We are awakening the energy of our heart.
We are bringing awareness to this portion of our body,
So that as we bring that awareness to our heart,
We can bring the intention and the love to this moment through our heart.
So as you tap your heart,
I want you to individually,
In your mind,
Send love to those that you care about.
Either with your lips or saying it out loud,
Send love to your partner.
Send love to your kids.
Send love to your parents.
Whether they are here or not,
Send love to your pets.
Send love to anyone that is significant in your life.
Still tapping our heart,
Allowing our energy to be concentrated around this muscle of love.
Choose someone in your life that you've had a disagreement with recently,
Someone that you don't see eye to eye with,
And just send them some love and compassion.
Send them healing vibrations.
Choose as many people as you need to,
People that need love,
That need some acknowledgement.
And as we continue to tap on our chest,
Keeping our heart awake and alive,
Simply share some love with yourself.
Repeat after me either in your mind or with your lips.
I love who I am.
I am enough as I am.
I love the person that I'm becoming.
I love the person who I once was.
I love all that I bring to the world.
I love myself.
I love myself.
I love myself.
And with that,
You can stop tapping on your chest.
Relax in the chair you're sitting in or the bed you lay in.
Just let the vibration of love sit with you for a moment.
We give it to others.
We give it to ourselves.
This is the highest vibration in which we can operate in our families,
In our businesses,
While we stand in the mirror every day.
Love is always the best option,
The greatest option,
The best gift to give to others and to ourselves.
So just breathe that in for a little bit here.
Relax.
And as we wrap up this meditation and you open your eyes and walk out into the world,
Know that the energy that you have within you right now is always with you,
And your offering of love to others and yourself is always available.
Be your love today.
