Welcome to your stress reduction,
EFT tapping meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to focus on reducing stress.
Maybe you're going through a stressful event or time in your life,
Or maybe you just had a stressful day.
We just want to remove a little bit of that energy so you can feel a little calmer and a little more relaxed right now.
I want you to just think about what is causing you stress or just how stressed you feel and grade that on a scale from 1 through 10,
10 being the strongest.
And we're going to regrade that number at the end of this tapping session.
I also want you to know that during the session,
I'm going to be telling you where to tap so you can just get comfortable in whatever way works best for you.
You can close your eyes or open them,
Whatever is most comfortable.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I feel stressed right now,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes stress takes over my whole mood,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get a handle on my stress when I want to,
And I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
All of the pain.
Side eye.
All the anxiety.
Under eye.
All the stress.
Under nose.
I want to release it.
Under mouth.
I don't want to be so consumed by the stress.
Collarbone.
I want to relax right now.
Under your armpit.
I don't like feeling this stress.
Top of the head.
It doesn't feel like this stressful feeling is serving me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like to be stressed.
Side eye.
Stress is hard for me to deal with.
Under eye.
I want to release the stress I'm carrying.
Under nose.
I just want to feel calm.
Under mouth.
I don't want the stress to control me.
Collarbone.
I acknowledge that stressful things may come up in my life.
Under your armpit.
But that feeling does not have to consume me.
Top of the head.
I don't have to live with this stressful feeling.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I didn't have to be consumed by this stress?
Side eye.
What if I could just relax when I wanted to?
Under eye.
What if I didn't feel like stress took over my day?
Under nose.
What if I didn't feel like stress took over my mood?
Under mouth.
What if I could just acknowledge that some things in life may be stressful and that's okay?
Collarbone.
I don't have to let that stress sit with me.
Under your armpit.
I don't have to let that stress take over.
Top of the head.
I don't have to be consumed by that stress.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't let stress interfere with my life.
Side eye.
I acknowledge stressful things may come up.
Under eye.
I don't let that stress take over my day.
Under nose.
I can relax when I need to.
Under mouth.
It's safe for me to relax.
Collarbone.
I feel so good when I can just relax.
Under your armpit.
I am so much happier when I don't want stress to sit with me.
Top of the head.
I am so much happier when I can just let it go.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Eye is too short to stay stressed all the time.
Side eye.
I refuse to spend my life stressed.
Under eye.
Sitting in stress does not serve me.
Under nose.
I feel so much better when I can just relax.
Under mouth.
When I don't give into the stress all the time.
Collarbone.
I am healthiest when I can just relax.
Under your armpit.
I feel healthiest when I can just calm myself down.
Top of the head.
And just let things happen how they are meant to happen.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I experience stress in my life,
But it doesn't control me.
Side eye.
Stress is a feeling I create.
And I don't need to always create it.
Under eye.
No matter what,
I don't need to always feel stressed.
Under nose.
I am not controlled by stress.
Under mouth.
I can acknowledge stressful events happen,
But I am not controlled by them.
My mood is not controlled by them.
Collarbone.
I can easily relax when I want or need to.
Under your armpit.
I can easily stay calm no matter what.
Top of the head.
I am the best version of me when I can relax into what life brings me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay,
That concludes the tapping part of this meditation.
You can go ahead if you close your eyes and open them.
Move your fingers and your toes.
And if you want to,
You can go ahead and regrade yourself on a scale of 1 through 10 on the issue that you graded at the beginning of this meditation.
And I hope that you feel a little lighter and a little less stressed.
And that you can take that feeling with you throughout the rest of your day.
And I want to thank you so much for listening.
