A short body scan to find a relaxation, grounding and remember your wholenes. It gifts you a calm moment amidst your hectic or stress-ful day. It works with a visualization traveling through your body - especially on days when connecting to your body is more difficult, this can be supportive. You can practice it sitting or lying down.
