Settle on a quiet beach as dusk falls, the waves rolling softly in and out. This track uses gentle imagery to sync your breath with the ocean’s rhythm, inviting your body to unwind and your gut to find comfort. The imagery of waves mirrors your body’s own ebb and flow, guiding your digestive system to release tension and return to harmony. Ideal for easing bloating or helping your body transition out of a stress response, this short session helps restore the natural calm your gut needs to digest with ease.

Transcript

Take a lovely deep breath in,

And a long slow breath out,

And the next time you breathe in look up towards your forehead,

And as you breathe out gently close down your eyes.

See,

Feel,

Or imagine yourself sitting on a quiet beach at dusk.

The sand is cool beneath you,

The air is soft on your skin,

And you watch the gentle waves rolling in and rolling back out.

The rhythm of the waves is steady,

Just like your breath,

And just like your body can be when it feels safe to relax.

As you watch the waves,

Each wave carries a sense of calm towards you,

And with each breath you take you invite that calm inside,

Into your body,

In through your chest,

And into your belly,

Your gut,

And the waves invite your body to shift gears,

To leave behind the rush of the day,

Week,

Or month,

And as you do so,

You return to a state of rest and digest,

And as the waves move in you rest,

And as they move out you digest,

And you can stay here for as long as you need,

Allowing your gut to remember this rhythm.

And in a moment,

I'm going to count from 1 to 3,

And when I say 3,

You will open your eyes,

Feeling relaxed,

Alert,

And proud of yourself for showing up today.

1.

Noticing your body resting on the surface beneath you.

2.

Taking a deep breath in,

And sighing it out.

3.

Opening your eyes when you are ready.
