In this intuitively guided meditation, we will feel into our bodies and begin to occupy the space of our body with our presence. Through our bodies and breathing, we will connect to the deeper wisdom, love, and peace in the heart of existence. In these times, it is important that we become grounded in our bodies and find our sense of security from the deep source of the Heart, to be able to be a benevolent presence in the ever more rough and complex storms of the surface.

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

Sit down in a comfortable pose or lie down,

Stand up,

Whatever feels right to you now.

Just really give yourself the permission to occupy that position that you have chosen.

To really let yourself sink in to that position,

To fill it with your presence.

What would that mean to you right now?

How does it feel in the body?

To fully occupy the space of your body?

Using the breath,

The tingling of energy,

The temperature,

The boundaries which are there yet are not there.

How does it feel to fully occupy the space of your body?

Feel your feet or your behind touching the floor,

The chair,

The sofa,

The bed,

Wherever your body is positioned.

And feel the interaction,

The living interaction between your body and everything it touches.

The air,

The furniture,

The floor.

In that space allow your breath to move through your body in all directions,

Not just from the lungs,

Through the throat,

Out the mouth or nose and back in again.

But allow the breath to move through you in all directions,

The space of your body where you are fully present.

Feel your whole body breathing,

Being alive in that breath.

Where does that breath exit?

Where does it enter?

Without the need to answer that question with your mind,

Allow your body to take in that question and let the question flow with the breath.

Where does the breath exit and where does it enter?

Where does it go and where does it come from?

You might notice that between the in-breath and the out-breath there is a small pause where nothing happens.

That pause is of great importance.

When the out-breath has fully poured out,

The breath doesn't hurry to rush back to create something new.

It pauses in stillness.

Before a new cycle of breath begins,

The breath returns to a place of stillness.

Just observe that stillness between the out-breath and the in-breath.

There is no need to gasp for air prematurely.

The in-breath will start flowing naturally when it's time.

You don't need to know when it's time for a new in-breath.

Your body knows it.

It will happen naturally.

And you don't need to know when it's time to start breathing out and letting go.

Your body knows it and it's happening naturally.

Your body that you are now fully occupying with your presence is a finely tuned instrument connecting to all of life.

And it is very much in tune with the natural cycles of existence.

The more fully you occupy the space of your body with your presence,

The less there is a need to know or to understand when it is time for an in-breath,

An out-breath,

Or the vital pause in between cycles.

You might feel unease giving in to the wisdom in your body,

Connecting to the wisdom of existence and letting that wisdom be in the guiding force in your life.

But the more you return to occupy the space of your body with your presence,

The more peaceful and calm you will feel in the storms that happen around you.

For the mind cannot understand or start to grasp the wisdom that the body is a part of.

The wisdom we are able to access through the body is the wisdom of what is now and what is my place in the now.

It doesn't need to know about the future or the past.

The wisdom we access through the body is anchored and alive here.

Listen to your body's invitation to let breath flow deeper and deeper in the vastness of your body,

The body of life,

The breath of life.

Whatever feelings or sensations are occurring,

Whether comfortable or uncomfortable,

Whether you understand them or not,

Whether you know what they're about or not,

The breath is steady and flowing if you just allow it to move through all of that.

Your body is held and safe in such vast love and wisdom and peace that you need not fear as you allow that wisdom,

Love and peace to carry you.

It is inviting you to the depths from the storms in the surface.

You are welcome.

You are invited.

You are welcome.

Now take your hand,

Maybe both hands if you feel like it,

But even one hand is enough.

Take it to your heart space and as you are breathing,

Feel the slight pressure of your hand touching your heart.

There's no need to press.

You will feel the slight pressure just by touching your heart space gently.

Whenever you feel fear or anxiety in the storms of the surface,

Just bring your hand to your heart space and feel the slight pressure and the breath and let it bring you back into fully occupying the space of your body with your presence and feel how it is connected to a much deeper peace where you are safe and where you can trust whatever is unfolding in the now and that is enough.

Now take a deep breath and maybe stroke or rub your heart space gently with your hand.

Maybe you want to stroke other parts of your body and give yourself some recognition for taking this time to connect with your deeper knowing,

Deeper being that is already there with you,

Within you and without,

In all directions wherever you are.

You might want to move a bit but stay in the deeper space while you are doing it.

Stay occupying your body,

The body of all life throughout the day,

The night,

The morning and the evening,

Wherever you are,

Whoever you are with,

Whatever you are feeling and just remember that you are loved and you are safe,

You are already fulfilled.

I thank you for joining me in this guided meditation where we went quite deep into the heart space of life.

Take a moment after the meditation to rest and for your experience to integrate,

Don't rush to move into the next thing.

Just give recognition of what you have experienced and how it still is very much alive in you.

May you be blessed,

Peaceful and feel the love that you are.

Bye.
