In this lecture, I discuss different ways of moving energy and the different types of energy we have in our personal field, as well as how bringing our energy into alignment with Divine flow not only changes our own life but also changes the world.

Moving energy.

I talk a lot about energy.

What does that mean?

What am I talking about?

And why is it important?

So I think the easiest way or the simplest way to think about this is to think about the different types of energies in our bodies In our fields in our in our realm,

I guess because it's not all physical even though they all have a physical component And that's where this stuff gets kind of a abstract and and it's so interwoven That sometimes it's hard to kind of separate these out because they really are sort of all connected But it's important to understand that that each type of energy Affects you in a different way and sometimes needs a different tool in order to be moved.

So we're talking about physical energy emotional energy mental energy and then spiritual energy and I'm gonna go just briefly into each one and kind of give an example because again I know this is kind of abstract and Sometimes it's hard to understand like what is this word energy even mean in terms of physical energy?

I Think a good example and I realized all the examples I wrote are kind of like Energetic problems things that need to be moved energy.

That's not moving that needs to be moved But I think it's a good way to understand this and I think it's a universal experience so in terms of physical energy I think of this as a pattern of physical holding in the body and the most Obvious one that comes to my mind is pain.

So pain is a pattern of physical holding of Energy in the body.

So actual energy that's held that's physically causing some sort of a problem and then emotional energy is Feelings is emotions emotions are energy,

But they're also held in the body so you can see where all of this is kind of related and it's sort of hard to split it out and and the best example that I I use a lot for Emotional energy is the energy of grief So I feel grief in the chest kind of as as a heaviness some people feel Grief in the belly as a tightness so so actually feeling the energy of the emotion both in your body,

But also in your energetic field and then the next one is mental energy and mental energy is Kind of where a lot of us really get stuck It's that that racing mind those racing thoughts that we talk about a lot of times in meditation that Worrying mind the rep repetitive thought patterns and the beliefs that we hold about ourself That's mental energy It has an emotional component But I've talked a lot about my beliefs and trying to break down my beliefs about my body so that Mental energy is held in my head and absolutely it's held in my body and it's held in my emotional field there there's there's physical mental and emotional energetic aspects to all of those things and that's why I ended up going into a holistic field instead of becoming a psychologist because I Realized that we can't just deal with the mental and the emotional there's a physical component to the mental and the emotional and vice versa and then underneath all of this is spiritual energy and Spiritual energy is really the root.

It's the root of everything.

It's our divine connection.

It's that unconditional love It's what we invite in every week in these wind down Wednesdays when we open the top of our head and we invite that golden light in and what I realized as I was as I was thinking about Moving energy and moving energy with my voice and and all the other ways that I move energy in Terms of the way that I work with people singing moving with sound and music Body work and massage like everything I do kind of involves moving energy And I was thinking about like but where are we moving it to you?

Like why are we moving it?

What's the point and I realized that?

The point of all of this is to align all of those energies with the spiritual energy to entrain to bring together all of these kind of seemingly disparate energies the Physical energies that we're holding the emotional energies that we're holding the mental energies that we're holding to kind of let go of the fluff of the extra stuff of that and Then bring it all in train it all Bring it into alignment with that Spiritual energy that connection to the divine that we're always talking about in these wind down Wednesdays So,

How do we do this?

We do this through meditation We do this through using our tools and I'm gonna talk a little bit more about that when we get to the meditation But I wanted to briefly mention how does this change us that that seems a little bit?

Obvious if we could really let go of all that extra but if I could let go of that those belief systems around my body if We could let go of the judgments we make of ourselves and others.

Those are mental things if we could let go of our pain emotionally and physically and come into alignment and come into that that rhythm that flow of That divine energy it would completely change our lives It changes how we show up in the world,

But it actually changes the world itself and that's one of the reasons that I do this work is Because by changing myself,

I actually change the world around me if you think about it all of our problems as Humanity can really be boiled down to a lack of entrainment a lack of alignment a lack of flow or rhythm So we're out of rhythm with the earth.

We don't flow with the earth We've tried to master the earth.

We've tried to subdue the earth.

We've tried to master each other We've tried to subdue each other.

We're not in flow with each other We're not in alignment or entrainment with each other and all of that is a reflection of not being in alignment with ourselves Because when we're truly in alignment,

We start to recognize there is no other We are all one and we recognize That the world we live in the earth that we're on is all part of that same divine flow Everything is made of the same energy at the root of it Even underneath that we're talking about physical and emotional and mental energy it's really all spiritual energy when you get rid of the Fluff and the crap and the stuff that we carry that we've picked up that we're holding on to That we really don't need and that's the stuff that makes us see other people as separate That's the stuff that makes us feel like we're better than someone else That's the stuff that makes us feel like we're above nature that we're above the earth that we should Be dominant in our ecosystem if we were really in flow with spirit We would be living in entrainment in alignment in rhythm With our environment with our physical surroundings Within ourselves within our families and our homes and with each other on a global scale So the reason that I move energy Both for myself and I hold space To help other people to move their own energy because I can't move your energy You can invite me in and I can teach you how to move your own energy That's kind of what I do.

I can hold the space so that you can feel safe to move energy But your energy isn't going to move until you're ready.

I can't fix you.

I can't move your energy There is kind of a misconception people have a lot of times they come into especially massage and they want to be fixed.

I Can't fix you you have to fix yourself.

And what if there's nothing left to fix?

What if there's nothing there to fix?

What if instead of fixing ourselves?

All we need to do is come into that alignment come into that entrainment Let go of the physical holding and pain let go of the emotional holding and pain Let go of the mental chatter and the worry and what's left.

It's that spiritual energy It's that divine flow it's that unconditional love and We can get there together We can help each other get there and that's what I'm here to do.

And that's why we meditate every week together so I want to talk a little bit about the meditation and and Why this meditation is so powerful and and why the words of this meditation are so powerful So as I said in order to get into this alignment into this entrainment Where where all the energies in our field are aligned to that divine energy that one Unconditional love that imbues everything we have to clear away some of that gunk we have to let go of old stuff and As we come into alignment stuff begins to fall away And that's the great thing about Moving energy is that it doesn't have to be hard work Sometimes it feels like it and sometimes it is sometimes we're in a spot where it's just difficult But coming into that alignment into that flow that really is the state we're meant to be in so as you start to release things out of the physical energetic field out of the Emotional energetic field out of the mental energetic field.

There's a feeling of relief There's a feeling of coming home.

There's a feeling of familiarity There's a feeling of fear a lot of times and unfamiliarity in the midst of it But under that if we can look under that which is one of the reasons we meditate to get out of that That's part of that mental chatter.

That's part of that mental energy That's kind of trying to keep us stuck because it doesn't want us to let go of it because it feels Important and it's in it's here and it wants to stay It's not supposed to be here None of this stuff is supposed to be here We're supposed to be in alignment and that doesn't mean that everything's perfect That doesn't mean that we'll never have pain again.

That doesn't mean that we'll never have emotional struggles again It means that we stay in flow It means that we stay in that rhythm that we stay in trained and as things come up as physical issues come up We're still in line with the spiritual energy and we we draw from that energy What do I do about this headache and the answer comes from the intuition?

We've been taught for so long to look outside of ourselves for answers,

You know,

Call the doctor I don't understand why this is happening to me.

And absolutely.

Sometimes we need a doctor.

I'm not saying don't go to the doctor but We've been told to listen to look outside of ourselves instead of within and what I suggest is that we start looking within and Sometimes we again I've done many shows.

I just put the podcast up about asking for help We absolutely need help from time to time.

We absolutely Need to connect with people outside ourselves But it shouldn't be the only option and it shouldn't necessarily be the go-to looking within coming into alignment Using our spiritual tools Those are the things that I'd like to see us start to use first before we start to look for outside help so in terms of this meditation I'm going to repeat a mantra over and over again and it might vary a little bit as we get into it and it will We're gonna kind of move through the body and through that emotional energy and through the mental Energy,

But it's very it's a very simple phrase and it's all about letting go and that's because in order to come into alignment We have to start letting go we have to let go of that illusion of control we have to let go of fear we have to let go of those physical patterns of holding in the body and That takes intention.

So we move energy with intention We move energy with sound we move energy with just being quiet,

Which almost sounds Opposite it sounds like an oxymoron.

I move energy by not moving I move energy by quieting my mind and getting it out of the way so the energy can flow I move energy by moving my body in an intentional way intention is always the key so we're going to Allow this mantra to wash over us like those waves on the beach.

And again,

I mentioned this last week This is probably one of the most passive meditations that we will do a lot of times I'm asking you to be active to visualize To open up and in terms of this meditation the active part of this is just the opening Let the sound wash over you like waves on the shore Let the rhythm and the pitch of the voice Bring that alignment bring that energy into alignment
