In the stillness of the silence,
In one with perfect life.
And so we align ourselves now with that perfection and prepare to move into the stillness,
Breath by breath.
If you haven't already done so,
Make yourself comfortable,
Whether you are sitting or lying down and bring your attention fully to this moment.
Our intention is to realize our oneness with God the good and to trustingly listen as our faith fills us and thrills us in the silence.
And so we become aware of our body temple,
Become aware of any tension we may be holding anywhere in our body and just breathe and let that tension dissipate,
Return into its native nothingness.
We relax our mind and allow the thoughts to drift away as clouds drift across the sky without holding,
Attaching or identifying ourselves with those thoughts right now.
Jesus the Christ is quoted as saying to his disciples,
What is that to do with you?
Come follow me.
And so as we journey into the stillness of the silence,
We let go of all that is not ours to be concerned with.
We follow the Christ within.
We follow the Christ within and find peace.
We follow the Christ within and find joy.
We follow the Christ within and we are aligned with our innate wisdom.
We follow the Christ within and align ourselves with our birthright of wholeness and health.
Breath by breath,
We relax and follow the Christ within to that place of peace and stillness.
Joy fills us and thrills us.
Peace fills us,
Thrills us.
Love fills us,
Thrills us as we rest in our Christ nature in the stillness,
In the silence.
Taking another deep breath,
We allow ourselves to go even deeper.
If we have been distracted by thoughts,
If our attention has been drawn away from this present moment,
We gently allow ourselves to move back to the present with the breath,
To move back to the stillness with the breath.
We feel the love of God envelop us now.
We feel the peace of God envelop us now.
We feel the joy of God envelop and radiate through us now.
And we listen and we give our full focus and attention to God,
The good omnipotent.
We follow the gentle beckoning of the Christ,
Calling us ever deeper,
Ever deeper into the stillness of the silence.
Let go,
Knowing that God is here.
Let go,
Knowing that good is here.
Let go,
Knowing that God's power is here.
Let go,
Knowing that God's peace is here.
Let go,
Let go,
Let go,
And listen in the stillness of the silence.
And as we prepare to bring our attention back to this present time,
We know that the peace,
The love,
And the joy that we have experienced will come with us and trail us like perfumed incense in every action and interaction.
And we will know at soul level that it was good for us to journey to the stillness.
And we do not leave this place without a huge blessing that we now bring back into the world.
Bringing back into the world to infuse the world with more love,
More peace,
More joy.
Cobwebs have been swept from our mind.
The bitterness erased from our heart.
The lie of limitation has been erased from our consciousness.
And we are now ready to move from this place and stand in our truth as God created us.
Whole,
Perfect,
Loving,
Beautiful,
Powerful,
Wonderful creation.
And so it is,
And so we let it be.
