This is Feminine Energy,

A gentle meditation and affirmation practice.

You are welcome to return to this practice regularly,

Over time,

Letting it meet you where you are.

This practice works with a quality of energy that lives in all of us.

The part that receives,

That feels,

That listens inward.

It's the energy of softness,

Intuition and inner knowing,

Of allowing rather than pushing.

There is nothing you need to become here,

Nothing to achieve.

Just an invitation to soften and to be with yourself as you are.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Seated or laying down,

And gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Begin by noticing your breath.

Inhale slowly to the nose and exhale gently to the mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Let your body feel supported by what's beneath you.

There is nothing you need to hold right now.

Bring your attention to your belly,

Your hips,

Your chest,

Places that often hold sensitivity,

Emotion and inner movement.

Allow these areas to soften,

Not forcing,

Just permitting.

Let gravity do some of the work.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am safe to soften.

I am held.

I don't need to push.

Now notice what's present emotionally.

You don't need to name it or understand it.

Just sensing the tone,

The texture,

The movement.

Emotions don't need fixing.

They need space.

Allow them to be here without organizing,

Without judging.

And if nothing stands out,

That's okay too.

Now we will move into affirmations.

Let the words land gently.

There is no need to force belief.

If an affirmation feels true,

Receive it.

If it doesn't,

Let it pass.

Silently or softly repeat,

I am safe to soften.

I am held.

I deeply and completely accept myself as I am.

I allow myself to receive support.

I don't need to push to be worthy.

Rest is safe for me.

I am safe to feel deeply.

My emotions are allowed to move.

I trust my sensitivity.

I listen inward with compassion.

My intuition guides me gently.

I am safe to slow down.

I move at my own pace.

I honor my natural rhythms.

Softness is strength.

I am allowed to receive.

If it feels right,

You might also offer yourself.

I release what I no longer need to carry.

I am safe to soften.

I am held.

I trust my inner rhythms.

Now,

Notice how your body feels.

Not better,

Not different,

Just more present.

You might sense a little more space.

Or a little more ease.

Or simply a quiet steadiness.

Let that be enough.

This presence itself is integration.

As we close,

Remember this.

Strength and softness belong together.

Action and receptivity support one another.

You don't have to choose.

You are allowed to rest inside yourself.

Take one last gentle inhale.

And a slow,

Grounding exhale.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And return to your day carrying this softness with you.
