There is so much moving for us, that reducing or pausing our kineticness can open up the conscious to the I AM. Just as a pond has ripples from the wind, our mind creates turbulence. Letting the movement cease, we can find stillness. Inhale "I am". Exhale "Ok".

Thanks for tuning in today.

As we take some time to meditate,

See all the things that may be running through your mind as a shaking snow globe that is finally getting to set itself.

Really take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to focus on you to find all the things going on from the inside that will affect the beautiful outcomes that we're going to source today.

As we sit here,

We can notice all the systems internally that are working for us.

A few ways to be involved in a very physical way with this meditation is to put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly and just feel the ebb and flow of your system.

Allow the cyclical nature to be welcomed.

Imagine yourself a well-run machine from a physical standpoint.

Allow everything to happen naturally on its own from a mental standpoint.

Detach any charged feelings from an emotional standpoint.

And if it serves you to do so,

Take one more big breath in.

On this exhale,

Relax the hands by your side.

Let's take a moment here to offer ourselves any needed movement,

But before you move,

Ask yourself,

Is the movement necessary?

Before you add any movement,

See if there's something that's holding on that can be relaxed first before adding any extra effort or tension.

Allow that system of your breathing to move at a rate that may be different than what the mind wants it to move at.

As we move into this meditation,

Allow there to be the possibility that the breath slows down to a breathless state.

Allow the breath to be relaxed and let the body move at a rate that may be different from what the mind wants it to move at.

Let the breath slow down to a breathless state.

Allow the breath to be relaxed and let the body move at a rate that may be different from what the mind wants it to move at.
