Let's start by taking a deep breath in and slowly out.
Hmm.
And another one.
In.
And out.
Breath in.
And out.
Yes.
Beautiful.
Yeah,
Maybe you can already sense the difference just by relaxing into this moment.
Allowing yourself to just be as you are.
Soft.
Can you sense this?
Your true nature isn't worrying,
Constantly worrying.
No.
Something in the midst of all experiences is totally fine.
Very calm.
Already calm.
You might not notice this constantly.
Constantly.
But when you look closely,
Right now,
Maybe you can.
Maybe it becomes clear that within all experiences something is already totally at ease.
One could say more important even.
More important than the next experience.
But do we notice this?
Do you notice that something is,
One could say,
More important than the next beautiful experience?
And what could that be?
It's very obvious that we are all so occupied and busy with all kinds of experiences.
Grasping,
Grasping constantly.
Most of the time not even noticing that something might be of more importance to us.
And again,
What could that be?
What could be of more importance than the next beautiful and exciting experience?
Can it be so that life is asking all human vehicles to drop into something different,
Something less distracting,
Something that already is?
Already is before the next thought arises.
And might it be so that no words can describe this?
Might it be possible that what you are isn't grasping,
Isn't trying to manipulate life?
Can it be so that what you are is life,
Life itself in its purest form?
And what if this is true?
What if life itself isn't worrying,
Isn't constantly grasping for the next experience,
Doesn't even know depression or anxiety?
What if life itself doesn't listen to all those thoughts that seem to be running the show?
So why do we experience being totally distracted constantly by thoughts,
By feelings,
Emotions?
Hmm,
Why is this?
Why is there this strong belief that the next experience will help us to feel better?
The next circumstance,
A different circumstance?
Can it be so that we miss a beautiful point,
Totally miss it,
Again and again?
Isn't life shouting at us?
See me,
Stay with me,
Be me.
No,
No,
No,
I've got other important stuff to take care of.
So instead of listening to life,
Life itself,
We tend to constantly get distracted.
Which is totally fine.
This is in fact also life,
A beautiful expression of life.
And more and more we get to see life as life itself.
We get to experience the beauty of not interfering,
The beauty of not manipulating anything.
We get to sense that what we are is already totally at ease,
Totally fine,
Beautifully so.
And again,
What is of more importance to you,
One could ask?
Can it be so that life wants you to be more here?
Right now,
In this timeless moment,
Can it be so that life is constantly asking you,

Come on,
Be here now,

Let me take care of all my stuff first.
Many people I meet in my work and in my daily life literally communicate this.
Like,
No,
No,
I didn't have time to tune into that which doesn't change.
I didn't have time to just be here and enjoy this beautiful,
Mysterious moment.
Most of the time,
Many people communicate,
First I need to settle down a little bit.
First,
I have to take care of this and that.
And then,
Then I can choose to relax into a teaching or read a book or watch a video or listen to an audio recording.
Sure,
This is also a beautiful expression of life.
And simultaneously,
Know that life is shouting,
Shouting out to you.
Come on,
Stop procrastinating,
Be here now.
You can take care of your stuff while being here,
Totally.
It might take some practice,
Sure.
The practice is so beautiful,
So fulfilling,
So amazing.
To be able to rest deeply in the midst of all circumstances,
To open up to life as life itself with an open heart again and again.
Softness,
Turbulence,
Troubles,
Challenges.
And suddenly,
Remembering something wordless is already soft,
Warm,
Open,
Loving,
Impersonal.
And that which I truly am is impersonal,
Has no words,
Is totally okay,
Stable,
Unchanging.
Thoughts arising,
Worrying again,
Playing chess with life.
You'll never be able to win,
You know,
Never.
Life itself is already so complete.
Life itself is perfection itself,
Total perfection.
Presenting us challenges,
Presenting us suffering,
Grief,
Sadness,
What have we more.
And also giving us this beautiful opportunity to soften again and again.
To open up to that which doesn't change,
Moment to moment.
Now,
There might be situations where this seems to be undoable.
Where it seems to be impossible to soften.
Impossible to see clearly.
This might happen,
Maybe,
In situations where there's so much suffering going on.
Physical pain,
Immense physical pain.
You might not be able to find a way to soften.
Life in that moment can be terrible for sure.
And also in other situations.
What is being communicated here isn't denying anything.
Life is suffering,
As the Buddha so clearly communicated.
How to deal with this,
How to stay sane in a way.
How to be open to receive whatever is coming up in your experience.
First of all,
It's very helpful to allow things to arise.
They do anyway.
The tendency to run away,
Or to hide,
Or to shut the door is so common.
By listening to these messages,
By somebody pointing towards that which doesn't change.
Pointing towards the essence of life,
Which has no words.
It can be described as loving awareness,
Or softness,
Or wholeness,
Or non-personal awareness.
Whatever resonates,
Something,
Before all is seemingly arising in your consciousness,
Something is always already okay.
Hearing this again and again will soften your whole experience of life.
And as soon as this softening is starting to grow,
Is starting to be embodied,
As soon as this happens,
Difficult feelings can be just as they are.
The tendency to run away,
Or to hide,
Will subside more and more so.
Beautiful.
So remember,
If you keep returning to messages like these,
You'll automatically be reminded again and again,
In the midst of all your experiences,
To kind of step back,
To notice that something is already okay,
Already soft,
Already warm,
Already loving.
And although circumstances might not show this,
You'll then be able to connect as this unchanging presence,
In which all is fine.
This unchanging presence isn't harmed by anything,
Isn't interfering with anything,
Isn't trying to change anything.
All is welcome.
All is just like this.
Yeah,
You'll be more and more at ease.
Life can flow naturally through you.
And of course,
Not always.
It will always be challenging and mysterious and sometimes wonderful and sometimes very painful.
But there will be this tipping point in which you will notice,
Constantly,
In the midst of all situations,
Ah,
Wow!
This is also available.
Life itself is available,
Always.
The unchanging nature of life is always here,
Always available,
One could say.
And where it gets really interesting is this moment where you,
As this human vehicle,
Experience that the one you thought to be,
This identified person,
Isn't truly what you are.
Maybe at this point,
There's this feeling,
Might be subtle or it might be very vivid,
This feeling of you,
With your name,
Your body,
Your history,
So-called future,
You as this identified me,
That is listening to these words.
Hmm,
Very normal and perfect as well.
All expressions of life are totally fine.
If you keep listening to this message,
You'll more and more notice that the one that is listening is life itself.
There's no difference between the one that speaks and the one that listens.
It's all this illusionary play.
But for the thinking mind,
This is undoable to grasp.
As soon as thinking happens,
There's this click,
One could say,
Directly towards the feeling of being a person.
Hmm,
And when this person melts away,
Moment to moment,
More and more so,
This feeling of stuckness within this body.
Ahh,
Alright,
Life in its essence is stable,
Unchanging.
Something before the next thought arises,
Before the next experience arises,
Ahh,
Is stable,
Unchanging.
And in this field,
One could say,
All is welcome,
Very welcome.
This field,
Which is also referred to as being the heart space.
Imagine thoughts coming in,
Whoa,
Through your brain,
Going down into your heart,
To let all thoughts just ahh,
Into the heart.
This beautiful heart space,
In which all is welcome.
So welcome,
So touching,
To have all be welcome in this beautiful heart space.
This space,
Which is a metaphor for that which you truly are.
But maybe,
By embracing all thoughts,
By embracing all feelings,
Letting them sink,
So to speak,
From above,
If you wish,
Through your head,
Slowly down into your heart.
Another thought,
Another feeling,
Ahh,
Maybe a beautiful experience,
Or maybe even a difficult experience,
Or a feeling of depression,
Whatever.
Into your heart,
Slowly,
Into your heart,
Into this beautiful space.
This unchanging space,
In which all,
Can you feel it?
It's all so welcome,
It's all so beautifully welcome,
Everything.
Hmm,
Yeah,
You might want to try this in the upcoming weeks.
Just imagine all thoughts,
All feelings,
To slowly enter your heart.
Stuff that seems to be undoable for you,
Just embrace it,
Just let it all sink into your heart.
May this all help you on your path.
May you,
As this beautiful human being,
Experience so much love,
So much stability in life,
So much trust.
It's truly here for you.
Life itself is shouting,
Be here,
Be here.
It's okay to just be.
Life itself is telling you,
In a way,
Again and again,
Something is of more importance to you.
