Welcome.

This is a tapping meditation to help you release the pain of rejection and reconnect to your inner worth.

If you've recently experienced a rejection or are holding onto the sting of one from the past,

This space is for you.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath together.

Inhale through your nose and exhale slowly out of your mouth.

Notice how your body feels.

Notice where the pain of rejection is sitting.

Maybe it's a tight chest,

A sinking stomach,

A lump in your throat.

Just notice without judgment.

You're safe to feel.

Now we'll begin tapping through the points.

If you're new to tapping,

Just gently follow along as I guide you.

Start by tapping on the side of your hand,

The fleshy part beneath the little finger,

And repeat after me,

Either out loud or in your mind.

Even though I feel this sting of rejection and it really hurts,

I deeply and completely honour how I feel.

Still tapping on the side of the hand.

And even though something about this moment has touched an old pain,

I'm open to the possibility of healing it now.

One more time.

Even though I want to shut down and disappear,

I'm choosing to stay gently open to change.

Take a breath in and sigh it out.

Now we'll start tapping through the points.

Eyebrow point.

This feeling of rejection really hurts.

Side of the eye.

My body feels tight,

Like I want to hide.

Under the eye.

It feels personal,

Like I'm not good enough.

Under the nose.

All these old doubts bubbling back up.

On the chin.

What if they're right?

What if I'm not good enough?

On the collarbone.

I feel exposed,

Vulnerable and disappointed.

Under the arm.

I tried to show up and it just didn't go the way I hoped.

Top of the head.

Part of me wants to give up and disappear.

Take a breath here.

Inhale.

And exhale slowly.

Back to the eyebrow point.

Tapping here.

But I'm here now,

Choosing to process this.

Side of the eye.

It's okay to feel hurt.

Rejection is painful.

Under the eye.

But I don't have to carry it forever.

Under the nose.

This one moment doesn't define my worth.

On the chin.

One no doesn't erase my gifts.

Collarbone.

What if this had nothing to do with my value?

Under the arm.

What if this is just a part of being brave?

Top of the head.

I honour myself for showing up.

Keep going.

Eyebrow point.

I don't have to reject myself just because they did.

Side of eye.

I'm allowed to feel this and let it move through me.

Under the eye.

I don't have to make it mean something about me.

Under the nose.

I can let this be a moment,

Not my identity.

Chin.

I'm allowed to take up space.

Collarbone.

I'm allowed to be seen,

Even if not everyone gets me.

Under the arm.

I don't have to shrink to stay safe.

Top of the head.

I get to keep shining.

Take another breath.

Let it settle through your nervous system.

And when you're ready,

Let's keep tapping back to the eyebrow point.

I choose to come back to myself.

Side of the eye.

Back to the part of me that knows I have something to offer.

Under the eye.

Back to the part of me that's resilient.

Under the nose.

I am not broken.

Chin.

I am still whole.

Collarbone.

I am still worthy.

Under the arm.

I honour my courage and my vulnerability.

Top of the head.

And I move forward,

Softer but not smaller.

Let's keep going for the final round.

Eyebrow.

I forgive myself for taking this too personally.

Side of the eye.

I forgive them for not seeing me clearly.

Under the eye.

I am safe to be visible.

Under the nose.

I can handle the ups and downs of being seen.

On the chin.

I'm building emotional resilience right now.

Collarbone.

I'm proud of myself for showing up.

Under the arm.

This moment isn't the end of the story.

Top of the head.

I am still here.

I am still worthy.

I am still shining.

Place your hands on your heart space and breathe in deeply.

Feel yourself settle.

Feel your power returning.

You don't need everyone to say yes.

You only need to stay true to yourself.
