Hello,
Beautiful people.
Welcome to this meditation journey designed to navigate through transformation,
Healing,
And self-love.
Let's embark on a journey to find more love and connection,
Focusing on nurturing a harmonious relationship with our bodies and minds.
Let's embrace this time to release,
Realign,
And to rejuvenate.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
We're going to focus on grounding and breathing,
So close your eyes and bring attention to your breath,
Letting go of the external world.
Now inhale deeply,
Feel the air filling your lungs,
And exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension Inhale deeply,
Feel your lungs expand,
And now exhale slowly,
Release any tension,
Any tightness in your body.
Allow yourself to visualize roots extending from the bottom of your feet,
Connecting you to the earth,
Grounding you to the resonance of our beautiful blue planet.
Remember,
With each deep breath in,
Really feel the air filling all of your lungs,
And when you're at the top of your breath,
You can slowly exhale,
Releasing any tightness and tension in your body.
Now visualize a gentle healing light enveloping your heart,
Soothing any emotional pain.
Each breath is a step towards healing,
Letting go of the hopes and dreams lost.
Recognize the transformation occurring within you.
With every exhale,
Release the pain,
The uncertainty,
And the lost dreams.
So with each breath in,
Feel a warm gentle light healing every single cell in your body,
Giving you more vitality,
More energy,
More inspiration,
And as you exhale,
Let go of the physical pain,
The uncertainty,
Any lost dreams.
Just focus on your in-breath and your out-breath.
Notice how good you feel as you inhale the white light energizing and healing all the cells in your body,
And as you exhale,
All the emotional pain,
All the trauma is released with each exhale as you get more and more relaxed.
Our breath is so important.
We could go days without food and water,
But without our breath,
Within minutes,
Our physical body stops working.
So let's make sure that we are breathing as deeply as possible,
Visualizing the white light healing each and every cell,
Putting more ATP into every single one of our mitochondria,
Giving us more energy,
More hope,
More inspiration,
More curiosity,
More excitement,
And when we exhale,
Less stress,
Less anxiety,
The ability to let go of the pain.
Anytime you get distracted with any random thoughts,
Just go back to focusing on your breath.
It is perfectly normal to get distracted during our meditations,
With emails,
With our notifications,
With all the action items and errands that we haven't completed yet.
So when you find your mind wandering,
Just bring your attention back to your breath.
Feel the healing energy coursing through your body,
Through your veins,
Through every single one of your cells,
And when you exhale,
Let go of the trauma,
Let go of the pain.
Allow yourself to feel great.
You are worthy of it.
Now let's shift your focus towards the love and connection within you.
Visualize your heart expanding,
Radiating love and warmth.
Visualize a green orb surrounding your heart,
Expanding,
Glowing brighter and brighter with each breath.
Connect with your heart and your mind.
With each inhale,
Express gratitude for their strength and resilience.
With each exhale,
Feel the bond with yourself strengthen.
This is how you practice more self-love,
More self-healing.
With each in-breath,
Imagine the green light expanding.
Express more gratitude for the strength and resilience of your heart that has been pumping non-stop ever since you were born.
And with each exhale,
Notice the strengthening of the bond between you and yourself.
If you want to be able to connect with other people,
It is important to first connect with yourself.
If you want others to love you unconditionally,
You need to focus on loving yourself unconditionally.
So keep focusing on your in-breath and your out-breath.
On the in-breath,
Feel the gratitude for the strength and resilience and consistency of your heart.
On the out-breath,
Focus your attention on the bond that you are creating and cultivating within yourself.
With each in-breath,
The green orb glows brighter and brighter.
With each out-breath,
The bond between you and yourself grows stronger and stronger.
More self-love,
More self-acceptance.
Allow yourself to feel as much as you can,
Getting connected with yourself,
Getting connected with your body,
Aligning your heart and mind.
Notice how good that feels to just allow these beautiful feelings to course through your body just by focusing on your in-breath and your out-breath.
Now let's work on balancing our professional and personal lives.
Visualize a balancing scale which will represent your work and personal life.
Breathe in balance and harmony,
Allowing both sides to level equally.
Release the stress of the professional realm,
Making more space for personal growth and happiness.
So breathe in more balance and harmony,
Visualize both sides of the scale leveling out.
And when you exhale,
Release the stress that you feel from the professional realm,
Which will allow for more personal growth and more happiness.
And as you have more personal growth and happiness,
Your professional health begins to improve.
What a beautiful thing to balance both your professional and personal lives and understand that they are complementary towards one another and that balancing the two will allow you to live a holistic lifestyle.
Allow yourself to think about more ways that you could enjoy your work,
How to get along with your coworkers,
How to improve the relationship with your manager or boss,
How to help your company grow in a way that is in alignment with your core values.
This is all possible in the current job that you have.
You have the ability to decide what you are getting out of it,
What each experience means.
So the better you could identify all the beauty in your work,
The more purpose you could bring into your work.
Remember,
You do not find purpose out of your work.
You put the purpose into the work that you do.
This is how you live a balanced lifestyle,
Where you excel in both your professional and personal lives,
And improving one does not come at the expense of the other.
You have the power to enjoy your work.
You have the power to enjoy all facets of your life.
Use your creativity to build a better relationship with work,
So that you are not always burnt out and escaping.
Take one more deep breath in,
Now exhale slowly.
Now let's envision a protective barrier around you,
Filtering the negative energies you encounter.
Using the in-breath,
Feel the empowerment,
Feel more energy coursing through your body.
And on the exhale,
Exhale any negative absorbed energies back into the universe.
Feel the release of the physical stress and anxiety,
Leaving you with only peace and tranquility.
Remember,
If we want to keep negative energies away,
If we want to stop the energy vampires from taking our energy,
We need to understand that the only way they could do it is if we give them permission.
Allow yourself to keep envisioning that protective barrier around you made of white light,
Filtering out all the negative energies that you encounter.
On the in-breath,
Feel the empowerment,
Feel the energy coursing through your body.
On the exhale,
Release all the negative energies back into the universe.
Notice with each in-breath how good you feel,
How happy you feel.
And notice with each out-breath more relaxation,
More bliss,
More joy.
And all of these feelings are accessible to us when we slow down our lives,
Carve out some time to be quiet and to meditate.
Enjoy this incredible feeling of energy and empowerment coursing through your body with each in-breath.
And as you exhale,
Releasing all the negative energy back into the universe,
Go ahead and crack a soft smile.
You are doing great work.
One meditation at a time.
One breath at a time.
Now reflect on your evolving spiritual journey.
When you inhale,
Feel more openness.
When you exhale,
Release any restricting beliefs.
On the inhale,
Feel the openness,
The expansiveness,
The inclusiveness.
And as you exhale,
Release any limiting,
Restricting beliefs.
On the inhale,
Embrace the endless possibilities of belief.
Letting your spirit expand and connect with the universe.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any restrictive,
Negative,
Limiting beliefs.
Now allow yourself to visualize an indigo light glowing brighter and brighter where your pineal gland is,
Right in between your eyes.
Allow your third eye to open,
And as it opens,
Just allow yourself to receive.
Receive whatever messages are meant to come your way.
Whatever messages you needed to hear today.
Sometimes you won't get a message,
And that is okay.
Sometimes you will get many messages,
So figure out and prioritize the ones that are most important to you.
As this indigo orb glows brighter and brighter,
You're opening up the connective portal to access infinite intelligence,
The collective creativity,
The collective consciousness.
This isn't about achieving.
This is about receiving,
And allowing,
And surrendering,
And knowing that you are part of Source Energy.
Separation is simply an illusion while we are living in 3D space-time.
We are all one.
We can learn we could experience without having to suffer.
You will always face challenges,
But suffering is completely optional.
So remember,
Every challenge can be looked at as a problem,
And every challenge can be looked at as a gift.
The choice is yours,
And as you continually to spiritually expand and to evolve,
You will notice that more and more of your challenges are seen as gifts,
And less challenges are seen as problems.
And that is a telltale sign that your consciousness is evolving,
Your frequency and vibration is raising,
And that you are continually expanding and experiencing more of everything,
Everywhere,
All at once.
Keep allowing whatever messages to come in,
Come in.
If you have a random thought float into your head,
Acknowledge it and let it go.
But if you are having especially imaginative or creative thoughts flow in,
Allow yourself to interact with them and see where it takes you.
Your higher self communicates to you in the form of curiosity,
Excitement,
Inspiration.
So it is up to you to interpret,
To follow,
To trust that your higher self is always guiding you in the right direction for your highest good.
Now,
Gradually bring your attention back to your fingers and toes.
Go ahead and wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel the connection to the earth that has grounded your enlightened spirit.
You could go ahead and roll your neck,
Roll your shoulders.
And when you are ready,
You may open your eyes,
Carrying the peace and balance gained through this meditation into your daily life.
