Hi beautiful souls,
I'm Shivani and today we are going on a journey together to remember and remind ourselves that we are perfect,
Beautiful and whole just the way we are right here,
Right now,
In this moment.
So sit in a comfortable place and close your beautiful eyes.
Once you are seated,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it at the top and sigh it out.
Let's do it once more.
Once more,
Breathe in through your nose,
Hold it at the top and exhale it out from your mouth.
Now go deeper into your heart,
Tap into your body,
Feel all the emotions on the surface today.
Feel sensations on your skin,
Hear if you have any noise around and slowly turn your attention inwards,
Slowing down your breath and drowning yourself into the silence of your inner world,
Almost like you can hear your heartbeat.
Be in this moment,
Witness all that there is today without any judgements and now ask yourself,
Where in your body today you feel a sense of pain or discomfort or tension or a sense of not being at ease.
Place your hand there and feel into this emotion,
Saying I see you,
I see you.
You can relax now and perhaps taking a moment to place your palm in any other area on the surface today where it does not feel good or light or spacey.
I see you,
You can relax now and now go deep within your heart as you relax into this moment where your inner child stays.
Ask your inner child where does he or she not feel enough where is she or he trying to be more.
Where are they struggling today?
Where are they feeling the lack today?
Place your hand on this space which is calling to you right now and send them love,
Telling them I see you,
I see you,
I accept you.
I embrace you.
I approve you.
You are enough.
You are doing enough.
I love you.
You are safe here.
You can be in this moment.
I love you right now.
I love you right now.
You are doing good.
Stay in this space of expansiveness,
Of enoughness,
Of unconditional love for yourself and for your inner child.
And for the next few moments if some memory or some image or some vision wants to come through from your past perhaps,
See them with love.
Give them the space to show up and tell your past version that you were enough even then.
It was never your fault.
I have compassion for you.
Stay here and whenever you feel your mind is drifting away,
Bring your attention back by simply breathing in through your nose,
Holding it at the top and exhaling it out from your mouth.
Do the same when your emotions want to be released.
You are enough.
You are here.
You are doing enough.
I see you.
I love you.
Keep repeating.
Stay here.
Slowly come back into your body.
Tapping into your breath,
Into the blood running through your veins.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Slowly moving out of the stillness.
Rubbing your hands together and placing them on your eyes with love and open your eyes back to this world.
